PA Jenna was personable explain in terms i could understand about my surgery. She didn't rush me thru and didn't make me wait she came in quickly after I got in the examining room.

I was extremely pleased. I chose to meet with her as opposed to Dr Nelson at a later date and am very glad I did. I have no doubt that Dr Nelson is amazing and I’ll have a great experience with him if I see him. She made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough, asked me questions to make sure that I understood, and told me to contact her if I have any issues prior to my follow up.

Once the appointment had been made, 10 days after the injury, Jennifer arranged surgery for the very next day. She worked hard to coordinate everything. I am thankful she was assigned to my case. Thank you.
