My only problem was the 2 receptionist. They were not friendly at all. One of them was very rude to a patient. I know they are busy,but a smile or a answer to a good morning would be nice.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, did not make me feel like I was drug seeking or make me feel like I was a idiot !! Will definitely back for my knee surgery! I feel very very confident in her care, and all the staff!

Lauren was very attentive to my excruciating knee pain. Couldn’t see Dr hHaynes until June and I have had this pain since September with numerous X-rays and tests to find the cause of the pain.
