It was very informative to me. She read the results from a test that had been two years prior and nobody had read the results to me, so I didn't know how serious my condition was. So kudos to her and also somebody dropped the ball previously by not letting me know the test results.

Provider, Ma and Par were all very professional and friendly. Provider took time to listen and was perfect. Her Ma was professional and knows her job ad well .Front desk was pleasant and fast at check in . My perfect primary clinic.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Albertson reviewed my health history as I am a new patient to make sure all was correct. Made recommendations to better my health. She listened to all of my concerns. Definitely appreciated her time and input!

I HAVE BEEN SEEING CHARLOTTE KERMODE FOR CLOSE TO 20 YEARS. SHE IS THE BEST. HER AND DEBBIE LISTEN, CARE ABOUT ME AND MY NEEDS AND ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN.

I went in for a problem I’m having and got a referral for a scan and a specialist. I scheduled the scan and it’s going to take 1 month to be seen. That just seems unacceptable. To top it off it’s going to take another 20 days to be seen by the specialist (at one of your facilities). I feel cheated into paying for 3 visits when I used to be able to go to the dr, get the scan done in that same appointment and be done with it. I was also told that if I have my DR specify that it is urgent, I can get in earlier but it will cost more. So the more urgent/ the more money I have, you'll see me sooner. I have insurance and I pay all of my bills on time. Help me out here.

Hi, I'm really concerned when Dr. Sundstrom retires that I get a good doctor and I wish he would never retire, but I've been really happy with all the results, what I had for the 23 years. So thank you and keep a good the nurses also a good raise they needed. Bye.

Dr. Albertson did one of the best initial exams and interviews I've experienced and I've participated in 100's of them. I'm 82 and was a professional geriatric care manager for many years
so I know what I'm seeing.
Hope to stick with her for the duration.

Renown and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and understanding. I work in the healthcare industry as a medical courier (driver), and I am in daily contact with medical related individuals every day (nurses, lab technicians, etc.) and I am quite impressed by those I am in contact with at Renown.

They all uniformly relate that I couldn’t be more pleased than I am with the competence, courtesy, knowledge, preparation and effectiveness that I experience from Dr. Newkirk-Thompson. I am grateful.

Dr Newkirk Thompson always takes the time to listen and solve. Front desk I believe Ramona is so friendly and courteous. Came back next day for walk in labs and again just excellent care. From check in to lab tech. Great job all!

I was a previous patient of Dr. Albertson when she was at Sierra Neurosurgery and was delighted to find that she is now taking primary care patients as well. It was a bit of a drive out there, but worth it to have Naomi Albertson be my primary care physician. I think she's just wonderful. I am a big fan.

Everything was great except the woman at the front desk. She hung up on me when I told her I was stuck in traffic and may be five minutes late. When I confronted her at check in, she continued her rudeness and lied to my face. Asking around to other patient who have gone to this location, this was not an isolated incident. I hope sara leaves this clinic

Charlotte and her team are AMAZING!! When I checked in, the woman at the desk was very nice, helpful and efficient in verifying my information! I was called back promptly at my appointment time! I wish I could remember her name, I should after all these years, but the nurse assistant who took my vitals and set up the room for my appointment was so friendly and amazing as always!! Charlotte treats me so well, always! She remembers my medical history and always has the best advice for staying as healthy as possible! I think I’ve been with Charlotte for going on 20 years or so, and I hope for many, many more! Charlotte is the very best!!!
