I really like Dr Heather Jones. She is easy to talk to and I feel like she's listening.
For an annual exam I wish we had more time to cover anything and everything that may be on my mind with regard to my health. I like the office location.
Last year I was given labs to do but didn't do them because i could not get a convenient lab appointment during the weeks after my exam. In an ideal world I would love if the blood draw could happen right then and there.

Charlotte Kermode is wonderful. She genuinely cares and is thorough in her care. She has taken the fear out of doctor visits and has just the right amount of nonjudgmental advice. Renown is lucky to have her and her assistants.

If Dr. Heather Jones wasn't so thorough and caring, I would not use her office. Dr. Jones used to be 10 min. away from my home then she moved to the Summit Renown clinic which is now 30 min. away which is becoming very difficult to make some of my appointments.

I feel blessed to have Charlotte and Debbie, her MA, as my provider team. They care for me as a person and listen. And Charlotte knows a lot more than Dr Google and she even laughs at my jokes. Debbie is the best shot giver on the planet!❤️

Dr Newkirk Thompson is an exceptional MD. Never makes you feel rushed or silly about questions asked. Her MA has a great bedside manner and is polite and friendly. I feel very fortunate to be under their care. Top notch exceptional care.

I have been going to Charlotte for years. She is so knowledgeable and caring and thorough and answers all of my questions, no matter how silly or insignificant they may be. Her support staff is excellent as well. There are no words to describe what an asset she is to Renown.

My doctor wasn’t available so I met with his assistant Sarah Snow. She was great. She listened carefully and asked pertinent questions. I left very satisfied with my visit.

I would like to stop receiving these questionnaires and feedback. I have five different doctors at Renown and every time I go, I'm sick and tired of responding to these and getting numerous emails over and over and over again. So could you please stop? Thank you.

Cory (the front desk person checking me in) went over and above to help me get my appointment that same day after the doctor I was supposed to see was not available for me. Cory was incredible!

Dr Newkirk-Thompson is, in my opinion, the quintessential Primary Care Doctor. Her breadth of knowledge continues to amaze me. Her time with the patient, I guess I am talking about me, is comfortable; listening to the situation(s) and discussing options to move forward.
