Dr Newkirk-Thompson is wonderful. I had a lot of questions about GLP-1 drugs and she was very thorough listing pros and cons I'm sure she is a very busy person but she took all the time I needed to finish the discussion. I left better educated and happy!

Hi, we have had Charlotte as our provider for many years and we have been incredibly happy with her and we appreciate the personalized care that she gives us. We wouldn't choose any other provider as our primary care physician.

Charlotte Kermode is excellent. I have total respect for her knowledge of my problems and feel very confident in the care she has provided me. Have recommended her to my whole family which all see her and all are very happy with her abilities. Also I appreciate how comfortable she makes me feel as the patient and the interest she shows in what I have to say.

Even with an early appt. expect some delays waiting in the room for provider. Generally little to no wait for assistant to bring you in from waiting room.

Dr. Sundstrom has been very attentive and compassionate in caring for my husband, Allan. He takes time to listen to my concerns as Allan’s caregiver and carefully reviews Allan’s medical condition and needs. Allan suffered a severe stroke and is now non-verbal, and Dr. Sundstrom has been very understanding and supportive during our visits. I appreciate the time he spends explaining things clearly and helping us manage Allan’s care. We are grateful for his professionalism and dedication.

This was my first meet and greet with my new caregiver, Monica Ledezma after Sarah [ ] moved to a different office.
I had a very welcoming and friendly visit with Monica who was a pleasure. She took her time to answer/discuss my health questions and I feel very confident that she will take care of my future needs and necessary referrals. Thank you!

I would specifically recommend Charlotte Kermode and the medical assistant who got me situated in the room. I’ve had really bad experiences with other doctors and nurse practitioners, but Charlotte is the only one who’s always made me feel safe and heard. I’m very grateful to be one of her patients

Dr. Bajwa and his staff are the most fantastic providers I have ever found in my entire life. I hope he never leaves that facility and remains my provider until the day I die. Ha. But just can't say enough great things about him. He's a fantastic provider, talks with you like you're a person, not a number, and has provided me very specific and direct care. Again, just can't say enough great things about him. I already do recommend him to everybody that I run into that's ever looking for a new doctor. So that's what I have to say. Thank you.

Dr Jones was very thorough in going over my tests with me. and listened to me about my issues. I got very quick responses on MyChat about some additional lab work.
She had me do some lab work and the lab workers were also most pleasant to deal with.

Yes, Dr. Sundstrom has been my doctor for over 20 years and he's easy to talk to. He explains things to you where you can understand them and he always checks on my medicines to make sure I'm taking what I'm supposed to be taking and he just knows my whole history. So he is an excellent doctor. Thank you.

Dr Bajwa is my favorite Dr I have ever had! He always does his homework/prep work before I come in so we have meaningful conversations about my physical and mental health. He also has a natural ability to connect with patients and really cares about ME as a patient. The entire staff and this facility are nothing short of superb.
