Cristin Newkirk Thompson, MD
Dr. Newkirk-Thompson always take time to listen and not rush me thru a visit. She is compassionate, caring and empathetic to my needs/concerns. I pray that the changes coming with Kaiser Permanente won’t be as bad as a lot of the reviews have been in CA!!!!!

I travel 5.5 hours to see Dr Stodtmeister and gladly do so. The new receptionist, Destiny, was a very rude and condescending individual.
Another patient in the lobby stated to me that she had a very unpleasant check in with that woman as well.
If it weren't for the love and respect that my family has for Russell and Kelly, we would look for a new PCP.
Driving 5 & 1/2 hours to stay in a hotel just to visit with Dr Stodtmeister is tarnished by the attitude of of a receptionist who constantly checks her cell phone.

Dr. Cristin is great! She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and in terms a regular person can understand. She makes me comfortable like I am speaking to a friend.

Dr Sundstrom has been my GP for over 20 years. I’m really sorry to know he is retiring but wish him well. He has always been thoughtful and willing to research issues that I am dealing with. I trust his advice and referrals. We will definitely miss him!!

Charlotte has always listened to all my concerns and given constructive feedback. I have been seeing her since I moved to Reno in 2012 and would recommend her highly. Her nurse, Debbie, is also very helpful.

Danielle Mathews is one of the best that I've had since being part of renown. She is thorough with my medical records and discusses my lab tests which never happened the 5 years in Renown

Charlotte always listens to what I have to say and goes through all of my medications and health problems. She also asks about mental health and my socialization. She is good about doing lab work when appropriate as well as x rays etc.

Dr. Naomi Albertson has just become my wife’s and my PCP. It resulted from a recent fortuitous visit my wife had with the doctor who was substituting for our previous PCP.
Dr. Albertson’s personable and caring demeanor immediately captivated us and the decision was made to choose her to look after our health going forward. Our initial visit to establish the relationship was a very peasant experience!!

Monica is very attentive, always makes me feel very welcomed and heard, and she just really makes me feel like she goes the extra miles to understand where I'm coming from. I really love the care that she gives, and she just has such an awesome, like positive attitude every single time.

The front desk girl was busy with other tasks and didn’t seem to be really attentive to anyone’s check in. She was alone but could have put down her box of things and attended to people coming in

I've been in Reno six years as of August. Dr. Bajwa is one of the best doctors I've been to since I've been here. And I'm 84 years old and I've had back surgery, had other things going on. And when I met him and went to his, to Renown, he's a very, very, very, very likable guy. Plus, he really has interest in his patients. And he cares and he listens. And that's hard to find nowadays along with everybody else. So I would recommend him 100% to anybody that was looking for an internist or family doctor or whatever they're looking for. So thank you. In the 10 years that I have lived, actually almost close to 11 or 12 that I've lived in Reno, Dr. Bajwa is by far the very best doctor I have encountered in Reno. I've been through a variety of doctors through Renown because they all keep leaving and I understand he is going to be leaving as well. So my only complaint would be that Renown needs to pay people what they need to be paid to stay. This man is an excellent doctor, by far the best doctor I've had since I've left Seattle. And I really appreciate his care. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.

I would like to say that I trust Charlotte Kermode implicitly with my health. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all of her practice. I find her very approachable and extremely, extremely helpful in me maintaining my health.

Dr. Klippenstein is the best primary care doctor I've ever had in my life. He is thoughtful and very present and inquisitive. He is conscientious and a highly comprehensive physician. Highly recommend.
