Heather L Jones
This was the first time I had met Dr. Heather Jones. She was just what you want in a doctor. She listened, she was clear in her answers and clear in what steps to take. I feel very fortunate to be with Renown and have her, and everyone else I have had there. You have a great team of doctors, nurse practitioners if they are still called that, and assistants and I am not sure what their titles are, but it is the very nice people that come in and take your blood pressure etc. before your appointment.

I could see that he was in pain. I was upset and not easy to deal with. But he handled me in a very understanding and professional manner. He has common sense and communication skills that not many Doctors have. I am lucky to have him.

I'm very happy with all the medical care I've received at Renown and most certainly I'm extremely happy with Dr. Bajwa. He's the best doctor I've ever had as a primary care physician and I plan on keeping him for as long as I can, maybe as long as I'm alive because he's a bit younger than me. But I definitely love Dr. Bajwa. He's an excellent doctor and I wouldn't have anybody else. Thank you.

Dr. Klippenstein provides excellent care. He clearly explain the diagnosis and explains a plan of treatment that is easy to understand. He is a very respectful and caring individual!

Dr. Newkirk Thompson has been a fantastic PCP. She’s the first provider I feel has really listened, been thorough in her exam and has taken the time to understand my needs. I convinced my wife to switch PCP to her!

I feel like Dr. Monica was actually there to listen and to help me out. She made me feel really comfortable and welcome there. She didn't make me feel like I was asking the questions again. And she gave me more information than I thought, honestly, which is nice.

I felt very comfortable with him. I liked him very much to the point that I would love for him to be my doctor. The other doctor, I don't feel, appreciates me for whatever reason, for some unknown reason, which is incredibly hurtful. And that is why I would love for this doctor to become my doctor. I even let him know so. And so I pray to God that I have him as my doctor, that they would accept in my request and make him my doctor.

We thought, as myself and my daughter, and my son was there, that Dr. Thompson asked questions about my health and things that were bothering me, looked on the screen to see where the rupture was and made a couple referrals. In fact, I've got one of them already. So I thought that was pretty fast and an appointment. So that's why I rated it as a 10. So thank you for listening. Bye.

She is professional yet very knowledgeable & listens to her patient “never rushing me out”. She had ordered specific doctors- this one doctor cared so much that he ran the test that discovered why I was in so much pain.. This Doctor too listened & wants me back to healthy
