Dr. Charlotte Kermode is very much an important part in my health and in my life. She's one person that really listens to me when I have concerns and I have concerns. And they take the time out to help me whenever I need it. They get me in as soon as possible and I appreciate them so very much. I'm so thankful that they're a part of my life and my health and my well-being. Thank you so very much.

Danielle Mathews is amazing. She is kind, thoughtful, hard-working, efficient, caring and very knowledgable. Our whole family loves having her as our nurse practitioner. She is simply terrific!!!

Dr. SUNDSTROM has been my Primary Care physician since he came to Reno. He has saved my life 3 times. He also cared for my husband who is now in Heaven. We first meet Dr. SUNDTROM in Lincoln City, Oregon. He was in Residency. He treated my husband for a injury that would not stop bleeding. I feel blessed by Our Lord to have been under his care for decades. His retirement is DEFINITELY deserved. He has given me the name of a dr. within the Renown system in Carson City. I've already made an appointment with her. I'm deeply saddened to know this was my last appointment under his brilliant care. I have an extremely complicated medical history. I've always viewed his care as the orchestra conductor of all of my Specialists. He managed to arrive at conclusions that have kept me alive. I can only pray this next dr. is willing to be the conductor and detective of my medical issues. God Bless Dr. Sundstrom as he closes one door and opens another.

This is feedback that affects Dr. Bajwa but is not what you all did. I had gone to the ER at Northern Northern Sierra, Nevada, whatever Medical Center, and they didn't send the whole picture to Dr. Bajwa so that he could help me in follow-up. I brought it with me, but I think that's something you could ask them to please improve that if one of your patients or Dr. Bajwa's patients has a problem there or deals with something there, that they should send the full report so that he can understand what's going on and then he can do his usual terrific job. Thank you.

Dr. Newkirk-Thompson is very thorough and meticulous.
The lab tech- Lesley - did an excellent job drawing my blood. Did not feel the needle.
The nurse- who performed the echocardiogram- had a positive calming demeanor while performing the test. She put me at ease and answered all my questions.
The tech who brought me back for the X-Ray was cheerful and professional while positioning me for the X-Rays. I appreciate her thoughtful best wishes for my upcoming surgery.
The turn around time for the test results is quick. All test results done, and available, in one day.

Candice did a very thorough exam on me checking inside my nose, inside throat, and outside neck. She had my history which we reviewed thoroughly. She brought up a screen to show me images of mouth devices and the anatomy of breathing passages, etc. My opinion of her is that she's very good at what she does, very knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. She eased my understanding of the whole sleep apnea and explained the home test which I'm scheduled for on 8/13/26. I would rate Candice overall at 5 out of 5. Give this woman a raise bcuz she's that good with explaining everything!!

Charlotte Kermode is the best health professional that anyone can expect to ever have! She has been my primary health professional since and she was my wife’s primary health professional from 2009 until she died in 2022! She and her medical assistant Debbie Frankee always let her in a side door so they could take care of her right away because she was in her mid 80’s! Charlotte gives me a lot of time to ask her any question ai may have to ask whatever on any medical subject!

I am a patient of Dr [ ]"s and am so sad regarding his retirement. However, after my visit with Dr. Albertson, my fears regarding finding a new primary care doctor have been put completely to rest. I enjoyed our first visit very much. It was very informative and I found Dr. Albertson very easy to talk with, which is a plus, when you are visiting your doctor. I very happy with this change! Didn't ever think I would be. There is no one like Dr. [ ]!!

Dr Bajwa was excellent! I was the most thorough physical I have ever had! He asked pertinent questions about overall health and well-being. Such a wonderful experience after having many years of terrible care with previous physician and PA. Hasn't been this good since I was seeing Dr. [ ]. Please don't leave Dr. Bajwa!

I am constantly impressed by Dr Newkirk-Thompson. She is professional and friendly. She is caring and direct. Her breadth of knowledge is wide and incredibly deep (!!!) and she knows what additional specialist(s) to pull in. Reno is blessed to have her.

Outside of the young lady who checked me in my experience was excellent. The young lady who checked me in talked over me which I found to be rude.
