Just an introduction but got appointment in two days to see the doctor. Most things I don’t need a doctor so the "super PA” did everything I needed to feel good about Renown patient care.

I had amazing experience. When I checked in from the front desk girl, she was very professional, very kind. And then when I went to see Danielle Thompson, she had amazing bedside manners. She was very attentive. She listened to everything that I said. She knew exactly what was going on with me. She went above and beyond and just helped me in every way possible in every way possible. And she just listened and she cared and she was very kind and I enjoyed my visit with her very, very much. I wish more providers were just like her. She has a kind soul, a kind heart. She's very attentive.

Danielle was wonderful. Due to the fact Hometown health no longer allows me to see providers at Tahoe Forest (5 minutes from my home), I was forced to find a new PCP in Reno. I’m still pretty annoyed I have to drive 30 minutes, sometimes on dangerous roads to get here. Danielle was so knowledgeable and patient, I’m slightly less annoyed.

I saw Danielle Mathews, APRN. It was a “new patient” appointment. She was amazing. Very engaging. Spent almost an hour with me, getting yo know my history and listening to my concerns. I was very impressed.

This was my first visit to Renown so while Danielle Mathews did not know my health history, we were able to discuss & some info was available on MyChart. Danielle was through, knowledgeable, and promptly reviewed lab results. Renown offered quick lab services and results while the pharmacy quickly filled prescriptions.

Danielle did a fantastic job, helped me with information that no one has ever helped me with before. I am so grateful that she is the one that I chose to be my nurse practitioner, and I look forward to working with her in the future.

I saw Danielle Mathews and I have never felt so heard and seen. She is so gentle and informative and she didn't judge me. I felt safe and heard. She also spent enough time with me I didn't feel rushed. I am so happy to have found her!

Welcoming and professional. APRN Mathews very detailed in covering ALL of my medications and ongoing conditions. Genuinely concerned with my cancers, upgrading my vaccinations, and getting me scheduled for complete and ongoing medical care. Exceptional and reassuring initial visit! I am now reassured of continuing and future medical care!

Danielle Mathews seems to care for her patients. I've had Sarah Snow for 5 years and she never was organized as Danielle. I even have an advanced appt with her and paperwork ahead of my appointment. Sarah never made appointments in advance nor asked me so many questions and even asked me if I had any concerns. Very happy with my choice

Usually the doctor that I used to go to gave me two albuterol each month. When I went to urgent care I was only prescribed one. My primary care physician called in a prescription to Walgreens and they said I wasn’t due for anymore according to my insurance. I only have enough left for about six or seven more days. What should I do?
