Monica Ledezma and her MA , Victoria are wonderful. Monica’s approach is friendly, she’s knowledgeable, very proficient, she listens, she advises, she’s comforting, and very professional. I feel lucky that she was accepting new patients when I needed a care professional.

Monica Ledezma is very attentive to my concerns and medical requirements. I keep records on my Semaglutide results for her to review. Monica goes over my medications and makes adjustments as needed.
I feel secure in my care with Renown in general, and primary care with Monica.

Monica was patient and suggestive of noninvasive treatments. She is kind and compassionate. I feel a sense of relief having just moved to the area that we are in good hands.

Monica is hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had.
She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and never makes the appointment feel rushed. I feel like my health is in excellent hands with her.
Location is convenient and wait time was short and close to appointment time. 10/10

The only reason the doctor did not know of my health history was because it was my first appointment and Kaiser had not yet sent her my records. I had a great experience and feel grateful to be working with this terrific team of healthcare providers!

Monica Ledezma is my Primary Care doctor at the Summit Sierra. I have been seeing her when not feeling good. And for a follow up on how I am doing. I am so glad I found her when looking for another doctor. I will NOT go to any other Doctor. Monica listens to what I have to say, and helps me with what medication I need, and to order my Optum RX medications.

This was my first visit to my new primary doctor and was happy with the care I got. She was knowledgeable about my past history and able to help me naviagate my care for questions I had. Thrilled with my care being in Monica L hands with an amazing team.

My comment about getting a timely appointment is related to the fact that more people are impacting the Reno/Sparks metro area. I'm not really complaining, I understand the reason for the delays. Additionally, like me, others may be moving from care under St. MARY'S to Renown. More providers in the North Vally of Reno and in Sparks would be greatly appreciated. I've been told, I'm on a waiting list for an available care giver (Pcp) at the Renown facility in Sparks - on Vista Blvd. (A much shorter drive). Hopefully, I can get a transfer in the near future. Thanks for your attention. APRN Monica Ledesma was outstanding! ?

Professional, upbeat, attentive , genuine , knowledgeable PA-C. Easy to converse with on this initial meeting. Medical assistant , Eric did well also. The assist to set up My Chart app was a must have for the tech challenged.

I’m so happy to have found Monica Ledezma! I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new provider, which is always a bit scary but I could not be happier. Monica is great! She took the time to really listen to me and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and am so pleased.

Hello, how's it going? I was very happy with your guys' clinic. The one in South Reno seemed to be less busy than the one in Northtown. The staff was very friendly. I was very, very impressed by the person that was seeing me, Monica Ledezma, as she seemed to have made almost like a maintenance plan for my body and for myself and keeping me in track on my health and stuff like that and kind of making like a plan for us to move forward on keeping me going to the doctor and everything since I'm not really the type of guy that is in the doctor's office very often. So it was very good to know that you guys as providers really care about us and are worried about us and are trying to make a plan for us to make sure that we're as healthy as possible. I told her that I have kids and stuff like that, so I am worried about the longevity of my life. We talked about that.
