I don't know where to begin. My first contact was the nice lady at the front desk for check in. She was very pleasant and professional. Second contact, was the Medical Assistant, I apologize for not remembering her name. She was very nice, professional and helpful with some questions I had. Next was my PA, Monica Ledezma. I can not begin to express my happiness and satisfaction I personally feel having her as my Health Care Provider! She appears extremely knowledgeable but yet very "down to earth". I have had very few HCP's that I feel relate to me on a professional and personal level. I definitely trust her with my health care! Overall, I could not be more happy and satisfied with my health care. Thank you!

This was my first meet and greet with my new caregiver, Monica Ledezma after Sarah [ ] moved to a different office.
I had a very welcoming and friendly visit with Monica who was a pleasure. She took her time to answer/discuss my health questions and I feel very confident that she will take care of my future needs and necessary referrals. Thank you!

as I have an overwhelming medical history with unexplained current problems that have changed my life; dramatically regardless of having excellent specialists, I continue to decline.
I am without doubt a complicated patient and always worried that I am too much and probably a burden. after insurance changes it is a frightening time for me. all of this said to emphasize how grateful I am to ms Monica ledezma for her brilliant care, efficiency and kindness. she is truly a blessing, thank you

It is unfortunate that there is such turn over of providers at Renown. Demands placed on them should be evaluated. There are advantages of physician run health care systems in terms of quality of care.

From the time I arrived, to the time I left the building I was treated with kindness and respect. Check in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very joyful. Monica Ledezma was pure delight and she made you feel like she was sitting in your living room on the couch. Her assistant was also very kind and professional, and we shared a laugh and lots of smiles.

Dr Ledezma was very thorough, and I felt like she was really listening to me. She addressed each concern and I didn't feel rushed. I felt truly cared for as a patient and would definitely recommend her to others. Her medical assistant was also very kind and caring.

Monica Ledezma and her MA , Victoria are wonderful. Monica’s approach is friendly, she’s knowledgeable, very proficient, she listens, she advises, she’s comforting, and very professional. I feel lucky that she was accepting new patients when I needed a care professional.

Monica Ledezma is very attentive to my concerns and medical requirements. I keep records on my Semaglutide results for her to review. Monica goes over my medications and makes adjustments as needed.
I feel secure in my care with Renown in general, and primary care with Monica.

Monica is hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had.
She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and never makes the appointment feel rushed. I feel like my health is in excellent hands with her.

The only reason the doctor did not know of my health history was because it was my first appointment and Kaiser had not yet sent her my records. I had a great experience and feel grateful to be working with this terrific team of healthcare providers!

Monica Ledezma is my Primary Care doctor at the Summit Sierra. I have been seeing her when not feeling good. And for a follow up on how I am doing. I am so glad I found her when looking for another doctor. I will NOT go to any other Doctor. Monica listens to what I have to say, and helps me with what medication I need, and to order my Optum RX medications.
