My appointment was for establishing care with Monica Ledezma. She was fantastic during my appointment. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and wanted to support me as needed. I’m happy to have found such a great primary provider.

Monica Ledezma does a great job of understanding medical issues and treatment needed, as well as reaching out to other specialists and giving referrals and communicating what is needed to make the referral process and transfer between doctors easy. I think she is probably the best primary care I've ever had.

Yes, I just wanted to say that I am a recent transplant from Reading, California. I had my first appointment with Monica, I believe. I was super impressed. She's professional, very smart, and was so warm and friendly. So I am so excited about my new renown association, and I can see myself being there for a long time to come. I feel like Dr. Monica was actually there to listen and to help me out. She made me feel really comfortable and welcome there. She didn't make me feel like I was asking the questions again. And she gave me more information than I thought, honestly, which is nice.

Extremely happy with this location and the staff of Renown. They know my medical history and explain any new changes. Monica Ledezma is knowledgeable and helpful on all subjects I inquired about. She explains and lets me make the decisions I need to. I’m very happy with her and her assistant . They are friendly, professional and caring. An overall positive experience.

I love this office and everyone i have contact with is very nice. I have recommended Monica Ledezma to 5 of my co workers who now see her also. The little nurse is super friendly. I live in sparks and its worth the drive!

I don't know where to begin. My first contact was the nice lady at the front desk for check in. She was very pleasant and professional. Second contact, was the Medical Assistant, I apologize for not remembering her name. She was very nice, professional and helpful with some questions I had. Next was my PA, Monica Ledezma. I can not begin to express my happiness and satisfaction I personally feel having her as my Health Care Provider! She appears extremely knowledgeable but yet very "down to earth". I have had very few HCP's that I feel relate to me on a professional and personal level. I definitely trust her with my health care! Overall, I could not be more happy and satisfied with my health care. Thank you!
