I found Monica Ledezma, PA-C to be intelligent, personable, and knowledgeable. She immediately understood my issue and how to solve it. She also informed me of a urological procedure that is of interest to me. I was favorably impressed with my interactions with Monica and am quite pleased to be her patient.

Monica Ledezma is an excellent provider! I have some fairly complex health issues and worried that perhaps I should just see an MD. I was Wong she is intelligent, professional one of the most thorough humans I have ever met. I’m delighted to be receiving her care.

My comment about getting a timely appointment is related to the fact that more people are impacting the Reno/Sparks metro area. I'm not really complaining, I understand the reason for the delays. Additionally, like me, others may be moving from care under St. MARY'S to Renown. More providers in the North Vally of Reno and in Sparks would be greatly appreciated. I've been told, I'm on a waiting list for an available care giver (Pcp) at the Renown facility in Sparks - on Vista Blvd. (A much shorter drive). Hopefully, I can get a transfer in the near future. Thanks for your attention. APRN Monica Ledesma was outstanding! ?

Professional, upbeat, attentive , genuine , knowledgeable PA-C. Easy to converse with on this initial meeting. Medical assistant , Eric did well also. The assist to set up My Chart app was a must have for the tech challenged.

I’m so happy to have found Monica Ledezma! I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new provider, which is always a bit scary but I could not be happier. Monica is great! She took the time to really listen to me and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and am so pleased.

Hello, how's it going? I was very happy with your guys' clinic. The one in South Reno seemed to be less busy than the one in Northtown. The staff was very friendly. I was very, very impressed by the person that was seeing me, Monica Ledezma, as she seemed to have made almost like a maintenance plan for my body and for myself and keeping me in track on my health and stuff like that and kind of making like a plan for us to move forward on keeping me going to the doctor and everything since I'm not really the type of guy that is in the doctor's office very often. So it was very good to know that you guys as providers really care about us and are worried about us and are trying to make a plan for us to make sure that we're as healthy as possible. I told her that I have kids and stuff like that, so I am worried about the longevity of my life. We talked about that.

I was so impressed by Dr. Monica Ledezma and medical assistant Erik [ ] . I decided to test out Renown after seeking an alternative primary care provider and I left my appointment feeling so reassured in my decision to switch care to Renown thanks to these two competent, professional, and warm clinicians. Even though this office is a bit far from my home, I was so pleased with the quality of care that I plan to stick with this care team.

The entire visit was excellent. The assistant was very thorough and she took my blood pressure really effectively. I had a low blood pressure. She put a smaller cuff on so she could get an accurate reading and did an excellent job. And Monica, when she came to see me, was very thorough. She asked important questions and was very concerned about my care and did an excellent job in treating my illness and I was able to get better very quickly. Thank you for your time and service.

Yeah, Dr. Ledezma, is she a doctor? I don't know. And her assistant were really good. Great. Very personable and very professional and good all around. And even following up when I needed to come back and do some more testing. So all around, very good. Please don't take them away from me. Don't make them move. Like some of the other doctors I've had, they've been great. But these two, perfect.

I appreciate that I can always get an appointment when I need one. I appreciate Kelly very much. I appreciate Dr. Stogmeister's Physicians Assistance very much. I am always satisfied with the care that I get and they accommodate me and my time frame since I always need a driver as I no longer drive. I am 90 years of age and they take me in and they treat me with great respect and love. I'm very happy with this practice. Thank you.

Dr Monica was so warm and personable. I felt heard. She addressed my concerns and was able to provide me with both medication and lifestyle suggestions. She was very informative and explained things I wasn’t aware of.

She was knowledgeable, confident, reviewed my chart ahead of time, answered all of my questions and overall made me feel like she cared about getting me the very best care. Staff was friendly…Monica was exceptional in me prescribing the RX’s I would need, answering any questions I had, her complete caring for me as a patient and ordering any [ ] I needed to insure my issues we’re resolved, noting any and all in my chart for documentation for any further appointment, giving me tips on foods that would help my condition, I would recommend anyone to make an appointment with her….she is very thorough, knowledgeable, ….I had full confidence in Monica and her care
