Dr. Klippenstein actually listened to me, when other providers treated me as though I was seeking medication or not being serious with my [ ]. He was thoughtful, competent, and friendly and he made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.

Dr. Klippenstein was the first doctor in a while who actually listened to what I was saying and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. I wish we’d had a bit more time, but he was very thorough in the short amount of time we had for the appointment. I usually feel that a trip to the doctor, including to my PCP, is a quick in and out, with no answers to my questions, and a handful of [ ], then I’m out the door. I really appreciated Dr. Klippenstein’s time and care. Well done.

My husband is a retired physician and we moved here from the Minneapolis area with the highest level of care to Reno where the healthcare seems not to he on the same level. Dr Klippenstein has made us both feel well taken care of and my husband thinks he's very intelligent, which is a high compliment. I'm very happy that he is my doctor and my mind is at ease knowing he's taking great care of our medical needs.

Dr. Klippenstein is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited. He listens to you as his patient and is pragmatic yet caring in his approach. He also discusses your concerns with you and isn’t dismissive in the slightest. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a true general care provider.
