We just moved to Reno and this was our Our first visit was excellent from front office staff, set up nurse and NP 😉 so happy we picked Renown. A few days later I also sent a message through the portal and was answered very quickly. Great service thank you 🙏

She was very kind, patient and gentle especially when doing a procedure that normally would be very painful or uncomfortable, She would ask if I was alright with what she’s doing. Explains everything that needs to be addressed or done very kindly.

Appointment times only available three months from now for elective [ ] that may be necessary before a new federal administration takes power are dangerous. I feel like Dr. Cameron’s manner and professionalism are incredible - the best I’ve encountered in many years.

She is courteous, polite, understanding, and always very helpful with whatever issue I might have going on. She always explain things in detail to me and always listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed. She always gives me as much time as I need. She’s the best doctor that I’ve had in years and I feel very confident going to her!

I was having trouble with hearing in my [ ]. I went for my health assessment and they said it needed to be cleaned out because there was [ ]. I had to go to PCP’s office. The medical assistant did the treatment but was concerned about cleaning any further in, so she got Candace to come in and she got it out. I’m so grateful she did, because it was bothering me for a while.

Each time we get a new provider at Renown they are exceptionally outstanding. Our only hope is that they stay. As each provider has always left for reasons they do not discuss. ( non of our business) I have loved each one of them and the only reason for a new provider is simply because they move on to other jobs.
