Laurie at the front desk is always very pleasant courteous nice and kind. She’s very helpful and made us feel comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable about her work.

Candice was very informative, understood everything that we discussed with her about the sleep apnea and getting a sleep study done. I very much enjoyed spending our time with her and definitely look forward to working with her as we get through the sleep study and our next course of action.

I had a virtual appointment set up and waited for in after checking in online through mychart. The associate never showed up so I called the office and the scheduling department but was only transferred to the voicemail. When I got home I noticed three voicemails on my home number. They should have called my cell phone. I made another appointment and it went a little smoother. I appreciate the fact that I can do these appointments virtually but I think they could be initiated a little smoother.

I would like to stop receiving these questionnaires and feedback. I have five different doctors at Renown and every time I go, I'm sick and tired of responding to these and getting numerous emails over and over and over again. So could you please stop? Thank you.

My NP is excellent, and all NP's should have DR. in front of their names. I am amazed that now all of my primary care is with NP's and they are more patient and attuned than any doctor in the past.
