I would like to stop receiving these questionnaires and feedback. I have five different doctors at Renown and every time I go, I'm sick and tired of responding to these and getting numerous emails over and over and over again. So could you please stop? Thank you.

My NP is excellent, and all NP's should have DR. in front of their names. I am amazed that now all of my primary care is with NP's and they are more patient and attuned than any doctor in the past.
