Sarah Snow was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had Kaiser health insurance for over 30 years, so I was quite nervous about switching medical coverage. She made the transition much more comfortable. It’s reassuring to know you have such wonderful employees on your team.

Sarah Snow is a kind and caring person; she listens and provides feedback as appropriate. I had met with her previously at Summit center. I like her so much, I am willing to still visit her at the Robb Drive location- and I travel from Washoe Valley

Sarah took so much time with us, way more than I'm sure she budgeted for, and we just really, really appreciated it. She is amazing. We go farther to Rob Drive just so that we can keep her. Thank you so much.

The experience with Sarah Snow has always been excellent and continues. Unfortunately, she moved from Summit Renown to Robb Drive Renown and that is 60 miles RT for me. But I value her knowledge
and experience and am determined to continue with her. She's always a good listener and creates an atmosphere of calm. How could I give that up???

Hi, I just want to let you know that Sarah Snow is the best. I've known her for several years. She's been my primary care physician and my colleague as I work at Renown and most importantly, a friend. She really listens to me. She understands what I'm going through and I couldn't ask for a better physician and a better person in my life. Thank you.

Dr Snow was great and it will be nice a pcp just down the street from me.
She is knowledgeable and takes time to get to know me which I very much appreciate.

The experience was very good, clean facility, but I cannot get anybody to respond to the test of the urine analysis and my CT scan. Waited all day today and got no call or feedback.

This location is great all around, I’ve never had a bad experience here. We live in south Reno and appreciate this location so much, but my girls and I will be following Sarah Snow to the northwest because she has offered outstanding care to us. My son and husband will continue to see their provider at the Summit location. Thank you for your service to the community.

I’ve been seeing Sarah Snow for almost a year. She’s always made me feel comfortable & listens to my concerns with respect. Recently I’ve found out that she’s moving across town from where I live but I’m so comfortable with her I’ll drive the distance to keep her as my Primary Care Physician.

Staff is always very pleasant and efficient. No matter how simple or complex the matter I am being seen for that day my provider will still ask at the end if I need anything else and is very knowledgeable.

Considering that I might be going into a stressful situation, the entire staff at the Renown always make me feel comfortable and cared for. I am sorry that Sarah Snow is moving to a new location but I'm sure the remaining staff will take excellent care of my health needs.

It was a beautiful experience....everyone is really nice now....and PA Snow is a terrific partner in my health pathway! That is why I am following her to the Robb Drive Office in February. A++++ treatment from everyone in the office!!
