Sarah Snow is always caring, attentive, and very thorough. She’s one of the best primary’s I’ve ever had.

There should be more clear signs to direct the patients for blood draw and testing to self-check in. It is not very clear to new patients what they need to do.

My doctor wasn’t available so I met with his assistant Sarah Snow. She was great. She listened carefully and asked pertinent questions. I left very satisfied with my visit.

Sarah and her nurse's assistant are always super wonderful. Sarah always knows my medical records and what I need, and so does her nurse assistant when she's doing the early admins. And I couldn't say anything better about the two of them and the whole clinic.

Everyone here is exceptional. APRN Sarah Snow is the finest in her field, bar none. She always listens to me, and I have not once felt rushed in our appointment. When I need something outside of an appointment, she or your staff are always responsive.
Thank you for taking good care of me, and for not forgetting the empathic human side of health care. As a former Field Engineer repairing large computer systems, I learned long ago that 90% of a service call is caring for the well being of your customer, 10% is servicing the machines. It's wonderful to receive care like I gave to my customers. Two thumbs up to everyone.

Only initial disappointment was that Dr Klippenstein was not able to be my regular primary Dr but did like him and his attention to my back issue was excellent

Sarah Snow has been my primary provider since shortly after I became a Senior Care Provider. She is by far the best primary provider that I've ever had in my 72 years. She listens with great empathy, explains with clarity, suggests with great knowledge. It truly feels like a "health partnership."
