Hi, we have had Charlotte as our provider for many years and we have been incredibly happy with her and we appreciate the personalized care that she gives us. We wouldn't choose any other provider as our primary care physician.

Have recommended her to my whole family which all see her and all are very happy with her abilities. I would specifically recommend Charlotte Kermode and the medical assistant who got me situated in the room. I’ve had really bad experiences with other doctors and nurse practitioners, but Charlotte is the only one who’s always made me feel safe and heard. I’m very grateful to be one of her patients

I’ve been with renown for many years. I’ve had Charlotte Kermode most of that time and I couldn’t be happier. She takes time to discuss everything with me. She’s aware of my medical history and addresses it all. She’s the best. Also I would like to say that your customer service is top notch. They are courteous and very helpful. I love Renown!
