Dr Kermode is very caring and Professional. She goes above and beyond getting the best possible treatments and see advise available and needed to take care of the patients needs. When other care or testing is needed she sets all other medical procedures up and follows thru with the results providing the answers to all questions needed. Always following up with how a patient is feeling while showing the best sincere concern and care. She is a great asset to the Renown family.

I absolutely love Charlotte and would follow her anywhere within the Reno Sparks area to continue receiving care from her. However, my last experience with the front desk was absolutely rude beyond measure and there is an issue with trying to charge my family and I co-pays every time we visit your facility, but we do not have our co-pay. I would hope that that could someday be figured out. Aside from the extremely rude receptionist I ran into last time, I absolutely love Charlotte and her medical assistant, Debbie. Thank you.
