Charlotte Kermode listened to me about everything and truly seemed to care about me. I felt comfortable talking with her and her medical assistant. I never once felt rushed or not heard. They were wonderful!

Everything was perfect and I'm very happy with my provider and I did not fall and I did she did ask me about if I had fallen and I said no, I hadn't fallen and I'm hoping that was the answer I should give to this survey and I hope I don't have to do this again anytime soon. Thank you. Bye.

Charlotte is great. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that when I went to Costco to pickup 2 scripts, one needed dosage information before it would be available. I called to see if we could make that happen while I was at Costco, but I had to leave a message. I'll be traveling for the 4th of July holiday so if/when the script is ready I'll have to pick it up in another state. Thanks for all the good work you do.
