I feel very fortunate to have Charlotte Kermode as my primary care provider. She is always 100% engaged and attentive during any medical visit. I feel at ease talking with her about any medical concerns I have, no matter what, because she is caring, understanding and always solution oriented. I am amazed at her breadth of medical knowledge and feel very confident in the information and suggestions she provides to remedy my concerns. Lastly, I appreciate that she always fully discusses any treatment options, respectfully listens to my questions and concerns, and factors those into the final treatment decisions. She may not have an MD but she is the best primary care provider I have had in my 76 years of living!

I’m very lucky to have Charlotte as my primary caregiver. I always leave feeling better and know that all my concerns were addressed. Also Deb, the nurse, was very gentle with taking my vitals and sharing the results.

Charlotte and her assistant are the best, the front desk receptionist who I dealt with was [ ] something when I was checking in. She acted like I didn’t have an appointment and got short with me when I said I had pre check in.

Charlotte always listens and authentically cares about me. She is very knowledgeable and I enjoy her cheerful demeanor. Her M.A. Debbie is very pleasant and competent as well. She treats me as though I am her patient too. She is also awesome at [ ]. Charlotte and Debbie work well together as a care giving team. I would have never thought that I would look forward to a medical appointment, yet with them I do.
