I’ve been with renown for many years. I’ve had Charlotte Kermode most of that time and I couldn’t be happier. She takes time to discuss everything with me. She’s aware of my medical history and addresses it all. She’s the best. Also I would like to say that your customer service is top notch. They are courteous and very helpful. I love Renown!

I've known Charlotte for several years and she's always been a wonderful caregiver. So I waited, I had to get back on a wait list to get in with her. But anyway, I was glad to do so. So I've been seeing her now for about three years this time. And prior to that, she was with Dr. Kanakis and that's where I first met her. And always enjoyed her and felt that she was very knowledgeable in her job.
