I have been with this Renown group since 2018. When my original doctor left, I was assigned to Charlotte. She is the best. She listens to my concerns, answers any question I have and she doesn't make me feel like my appointment is rushed.

Charlotte and her team are the best! She is professional, trustworthy, and caring. She takes time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. She makes sure I’m comfortable with my plan of care and she explains in ways that I can easily understand. It’s unfortunate that Charlotte cannot take new patients because I recommend her to family and friends serval times a year. We need more Primary Care Providers like Charlotte!

Charlotte did a fabulous job of listening to me and helping me formulate a good game plan for dealing with moderate muscle strain pain in various areas after a fall. She checked me out thoroughly and explained every aspect of treatment. I came away feeling like I was on the road to healing.

Charlotte is a great doctor. I've gone to her for quite some time and I feel that she's amazing. She answers my questions and gets a hold of me as soon as my tests are done and she tells me about them and I don't think I could find a better doctor.

I would specifically recommend Charlotte Kermode and the medical assistant who got me situated in the room. I’ve had really bad experiences with other doctors and nurse practitioners, but Charlotte is the only one who’s always made me feel safe and heard. I’m very grateful to be one of her patients
