Charlotte always listens to what I have to say and goes through all of my medications and health problems. She also asks about mental health and my socialization. She is good about doing lab work when appropriate as well as x rays etc.

Charlotte and her team are AMAZING!! When I checked in, the woman at the desk was very nice, helpful and efficient in verifying my information! I was called back promptly at my appointment time! I wish I could remember her name, I should after all these years, but the nurse assistant who took my vitals and set up the room for my appointment was so friendly and amazing as always!! Charlotte treats me so well, always! She remembers my medical history and always has the best advice for staying as healthy as possible! I think I’ve been with Charlotte for going on 20 years or so, and I hope for many, many more! Charlotte is the very best!!!

Charlotte Kermode is the best health professional that anyone can expect to ever have! She has been my primary health professional since and she was my wife’s primary health professional from 2009 until she died in 2022! She and her medical assistant Debbie Frankee always let her in a side door so they could take care of her right away because she was in her mid 80’s! Charlotte gives me a lot of time to ask her any question ai may have to ask whatever on any medical subject!

Charlotte is great. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that when I went to Costco to pickup 2 scripts, one needed dosage information before it would be available. I called to see if we could make that happen while I was at Costco, but I had to leave a message. I'll be traveling for the 4th of July holiday so if/when the script is ready I'll have to pick it up in another state. Thanks for all the good work you do.
