Dr. Newkirk-Thompson always take time to listen and not rush me thru a visit. She is compassionate, caring and empathetic to my needs/concerns. I pray that the changes coming with Kaiser Permanente won’t be as bad as a lot of the reviews have been in CA!!!!!

Dr. Cristin is great! She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and in terms a regular person can understand. She makes me comfortable like I am speaking to a friend.

Dr Newkirk Thompson always takes the time to listen and solve. Front desk I believe Ramona is so friendly and courteous. Came back next day for walk in labs and again just excellent care. From check in to lab tech. Great job all!

My doctor is a rockstar, best physician I’ve ever had. In an uncomfortable setting she actually makes you comfortable. Her knowledge is unsurpassed, you should give her a raise before you lose her.

Dr. Newkirk-Thompson is very thorough and meticulous.
The lab tech- Lesley - did an excellent job drawing my blood. Did not feel the needle.
The nurse- who performed the echocardiogram- had a positive calming demeanor while performing the test. She put me at ease and answered all my questions.
The tech who brought me back for the X-Ray was cheerful and professional while positioning me for the X-Rays. I appreciate her thoughtful best wishes for my upcoming surgery.
The turn around time for the test results is quick. All test results done, and available, in one day.

I am constantly impressed by Dr Newkirk-Thompson. She is professional and friendly. She is caring and direct. Her breadth of knowledge is wide and incredibly deep (!!!) and she knows what additional specialist(s) to pull in. Reno is blessed to have her.

My appreciation runs deep for Dr. C. Thompson, who never makes me feel rushed, listens to all my concerns with interest in helping to resolve them. Taking extra time to explain things when I had a few more questions via messaging, was most helpful. Can't say enough. Plus her beautiful red hair is an inspiration to any painter.

Dr. Newkirk Thompson has been a fantastic PCP. She’s the first provider I feel has really listened, been thorough in her exam and has taken the time to understand my needs. I convinced my wife to switch PCP to her!
