Heather is a very compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor. She has provided me with far more information than any of my previous doctors did. I appreciate her. She's great. I would recommend her to anyone.

The receptionists were very kind, very professional, very efficient, and my healthcare provider, Heather Jones, was just as spectacular, if not more. She listened to everything I said and we found out the problem. We even managed to solve it without needing to get as many procedures, whatever you have to say. So, and she gave me a free consultation, really, a little checkup, and then we scheduled our next appointment for when I'm back in college, and she had great recommendations on getting my teeters tested and doing a teeter test for my vaccinations instead of getting more vaccinations I probably don't need because I don't have my records in the system because I'm from somewhere else. My doctor is amazing. She LISTENS to me and my experiences. She looks at my recorded food log and makes suggestions that are reasonable and helpful. She is consistently encouraging me to try and take care of myself, not just take more meds and abdicate my health to the system. Dr. Heather Jones is caring and knowledgeable. I’m grateful for her expertise.

The best Renown Urgent Care facility in Reno. I drive 30 min from home just to visit this facility on a regular basis. All of the care providers, and specifically Dr. Heather Jones, are professional, personal and very pleasant to work with. The reason I've elected to retire in this area.

Hi, Heather Jones is my doctor and she's an excellent doctor and I absolutely feel heard and seen by her. The only reason the provider didn’t have background info be is that is wasn’t available as should have been with my previous primary care doctor.

I was scheduled with my regular doctor but was canceled at the last minute. As a result I was seen by Dr Heather Jones and was extremely great full I did. She had prepared for my visit and was very knowledgeable about my history. In addition she was able to diagnose a condition that could have been life threatening if not discovered. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Jones and the care she provided.

This was the first time I had met Dr. Heather Jones. She was just what you want in a doctor. She listened, she was clear in her answers and clear in what steps to take. I feel very fortunate to be with Renown and have her, and everyone else I have had there. You have a great team of doctors, nurse practitioners if they are still called that, and assistants and I am not sure what their titles are, but it is the very nice people that come in and take your blood pressure etc. before your appointment.
