Having spent 40 years in the Navy, including 4 combat tours, flying over 400 combat sorties in Vietnam, I can honestly say that Dr. Jones is one the best Navy trained doctors that I've had the pleasure of working with since she has been with Renown. She is professional, articulate, understands the military mind set, and is direct and to the point both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend her to anyone with either military and or civilian medical concerns.

I had a good appointment after I had the scare of having cancer it was negative but i had a rare condition with limpnode condition in and around my heart and rhen she said my a1c went from 8.4 to 7.3 so she said i could see her every 3 months instead of every month i was happy about that now I am new meds too amen.

I was a new patient for Heather Jones DO. She was very thorough, kind, patient, and helpful. Her knowledge, reviewing and clarification of my medication questions was excellent. She had very good recommendations for future situations and resources. I appreciated her expertise and understanding.

The receptionists were very kind, very professional, very efficient, and my healthcare provider, Heather Jones, was just as spectacular, if not more. She listened to everything I said and we found out the problem. We even managed to solve it without needing to get as many procedures, whatever you have to say. So, and she gave me a free consultation, really, a little checkup, and then we scheduled our next appointment for when I'm back in college, and she had great recommendations on getting my teeters tested and doing a teeter test for my vaccinations instead of getting more vaccinations I probably don't need because I don't have my records in the system because I'm from somewhere else. My doctor is amazing. She LISTENS to me and my experiences. She looks at my recorded food log and makes suggestions that are reasonable and helpful. She is consistently encouraging me to try and take care of myself, not just take more meds and abdicate my health to the system. Dr. Heather Jones is caring and knowledgeable. The best Renown Urgent Care facility in Reno. I drive 30 min from home just to visit this facility on a regular basis. All of the care providers, and specifically Dr. Heather Jones, are professional, personal and very pleasant to work with. The reason I've elected to retire in this area.
