There is a Renown about a mile from me, but I choose to drive to the Summit because of Dr. Jones. She always takes her time, answers all of my questions and makes suggestions about my care plan.

She is prioritizing my daughter's health with prosperity, caring, loving nature, and she's very attentive to our needs, our questions, has everything answered no matter what, helps us through everything, and it helps Alyssa understand with her age and how she's growing and what to expect.

After receiving a malignant breast cancer biopsy result, my first thought was to see Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones knows my health history, very thorough, caring, professional and proactive. I need the quality of care she gives to navigate me through the next steps and outcome of the results. Also, requesting to have her as my primary care physician for all of these reasons. The staff from check in to her assistant treated me made me feel cared for and very professional at the same time.

Heather Jones use to be at North Valley and moved down to Summit area and I told her I didn’t want to lose her as my primary physician. She’s always a great listener and explains everything.

I accidentally pushed one for one of her questions and I meant to push ten. I thoroughly enjoy Heather Jones. I find her. I have followed her from North Hills all the way down to the summit and I respect everything and I think she does a great job.

Yes, I'd just like to say I really, really appreciate all the time Dr. Jones gives me listening to my questions, answering obviously my questions. I always feel so well taken care of and trust what she's doing. I have quite a few diagnosis that with her help I have an improvement and I contribute that to her knowledge and timely responses and medication changes and I just really appreciate her. Thank you.

I love the staff and the assistant! However, Dr. Jones is the best!!! I have never been treated so kind. She really knows her patients. She listens to you and trys's to have a solution to your issue. We drive 45 minutes to come our office visits. I will travel whatever time it takes to see Dr. Jones. You really have a "Gem" with her.

Dr. Heather Jones is the best PC Physcian I have had in over 30 years. She is smart, caring and pays attention to my health care needs. She is firm without bring obnoxious.
She has helped me work through a couple health care issues very satisfactorily. I trust Dr. Jones medical advice without question. She’s a great Doc.

Dr. Heather Jones is the best primary care physician I've ever had. She is always "present" during the appointment, listens well, asks questions and does not rush the appointment.

I really like Dr Heather Jones. She is easy to talk to and I feel like she's listening.
For an annual exam I wish we had more time to cover anything and everything that may be on my mind with regard to my health. I like the office location.
Last year I was given labs to do but didn't do them because i could not get a convenient lab appointment during the weeks after my exam. In an ideal world I would love if the blood draw could happen right then and there.

If Dr. Heather Jones wasn't so thorough and caring, I would not use her office. Dr. Jones used to be 10 min. away from my home then she moved to the Summit Renown clinic which is now 30 min. away which is becoming very difficult to make some of my appointments.
