Heather Jones is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is thorough. She listens to everything you have to say and she looks up things that she doesn’t know when you’re there and explain them to you and ask if you have any questions excellent Doctor.

Dr Jones and her assistant were very attentive to my concerns. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It was a great experience and I must say refreshing compared to other experiences I’ve had with other primary care medical staff from other medical groups. She is AMAZINGGG!! I just started with her as my primary m, but I don't think I want to have a different doctor ever again. She actually listens to your concerns and makes you feel heard and like most doctors who want you in and out. I simply loved her.

Dr. Jones is the best! She genuinely cares and goes over everything with. I switched from my previous doctor because I was not getting the care I needed with solutions. Dr. Jones is making sure that does not happen again. I travel 45-60 minutes to come to her. My husband said the time traveling is nothing to find a doctor like her that cares. Thank you Dr. Jones.

Dr. H. Jones has provided thorough medical treatment with the addition of patient education and patient input (ie, listening). A good health care outcome involves a shared team approach. Dr. H. Jones recognizes that a patient is/should be their own self advocate for better health.

My husband and I decided to follow her all the way to south Reno because we know an excellent doctor when we get one. Dr Jones is very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to listen to any issue we have. My husband can be a bit stand offfish towards doctors but he loves how Dr Jones presents herself as a professional and shows compassion at the same time. Which I agree with him. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a keeper. 😃

Dr. Jones was very kind and listened to my concerns. She even gave me an additional test that day when it wasn't scheduled but knew it needed to get done. I haven't experienced this level of care in sometime from a former provider and am very happy with Renown and Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones really took the time to get to know my medical history and made sure my records were updated and correct. Was informative and explained her reasoning and provided insight to my conditions. Dr. Jones was kind and approachable which made me feel comfortable and at easy.

Dr. Jones is extremely engaging. She spends as much time as I require. She involves me in the discussion of my care. I appreciate her so much that I am driving a half an hour further to see her since she moved to the Summit.
