Raimee is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She did not rush me and really listened. She was not quick to put me on a medication if not needed. She explained why she was suggesting a medication.

I've never had an appointment with a nurse practitioner before. But he was very thorough, and I was very comfortable with him. Keep him around.

He is always ready to sit down and talk. If you have questions he will talk to you about it or if he has to check something out his office staff will get back to you that day or the next at the latest.

My virtual visit had technical difficulties and this was my first “meeting” with Chelsea, so some of the questions weren’t applicable. But, she and her office kept trying to connect and once we did she seemed aware of my history, the current issue and what she wanted to do going forward.

I liked that Rachel was focused on diet before talking about medication. However, in the future it would be great if they asked first what you are already doing and don't just assume. I have a lot of food allergies – so recommending food to me is hard unless you understand that first. And also just looking at migraines on my chart doesn't mean you understand the migraines I have.
