Rachel is very caring and listens to concerns I have concerning my health and well-being. She is easy to talk with and together we come up with a plan to address any health concerns.

It is very difficult to get an appointment for non acute issues. I do not like having to make an appointment to ask for a referral to a specialist that I have seen before. I also don’t understand why I cannot see a NP or PA if one is available. I was told I “have to” see my provider. That’s hard to do if she is booked out months.

Dr Hemond is a wonderfull doctor that pays attention when you are talking to her about you symptoms and/or issues. She works with my specialist and always keeps up with the different alignments that overlap diagnosis’s that I see specialist for. She seems to truly care about her patients and their quality of life.
