Dr. Hagan is the best family physician we have ever had. Attentive, curious and very knowledgeable. My entire family is very happy with him and his office (husband, wife, son, daughter).

Dr. Hemond is an incredibly excellent physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions or concerns. She is also very pleasant and professional.

My friends and family know that I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Haken as my Doctor. I'm very disappointed when I'm not able to see her and have to see someone else because of a schedule conflict.

Rachel, Krissa are wonderful and the whole office stuff is as well! It would be nice if the providers were forced to give some of their kick back money (Bonuses) they get from the hospital to the staff because if the staff didn't actually do the hard work the hospital and providers wouldn't make all the that money. It's just crap the little people continue to be squashed. Thank you

I have been frustrated by the amount of follow-up I have had to initiate myself. When tests are ordered, I often only receive the basic results — which I can already see in the portal — without clear guidance about next steps. I frequently have to ask multiple times to understand what the plan is or whether further action is needed. If I did not consistently follow up, I believe some issues would simply be dropped until my next annual physical. I need more proactive communication so I am not doing the bulk of the coordination and questioning. I have also noticed that visits do not always seem prepared for in advance. There have been occasions where details from my chart were missed or the purpose of the visit was unclear, which makes me feel that my history is not being reviewed beforehand. Additionally, in one situation involving a physical concern, the response was limited to ordering imaging and referring me to a specialist without offering interim primary care management. I later

Dr. Hemond has both excellent understanding of the relevant medical issues and is an excellent communicator. As far as feedback, clinical notes and results of tests are typically posted in MyChart for me to view the same day. Dr. Hemond quickly interprets the test data, often the same day. When I post a question in MyChart, Dr. Hemond’s nurse replies quickly, often the same day.
