It look three years to find a provider that I liked! She listens to your needs, recommends solutions, but is not pushy. Takes her time. Lab for my blood draws is right across her office. She is excellent! I hope she never leaves!! My husband is going to start going to her.

Very knowledgeable. Took a lot of time listening to my concerns and figuring out practical solutions to medical problems. No question was too insignificant or viewed as unintelligent. Dr. Haken is very caring and did not hurry me.

I would let them know Rachel Kerttu N.P. is a very good & qualified health provider. She listens to her patients & makes them feel comfortable. Her staff is very good also. She gets to the bottom of any issues that I have had. I would recommend her to any one.

I love Dr Haken. Very proactive, extremely polite. I have recommended her to many people. Gives me all the time I need even when I’m the last patient of the day.

I would highly recommend Dr. Haken. I was concerned when Dr. Sonke retired after being his patient for over 40 years. However, I am now very confident and totally at ease with Dr. Haken. She goes above and beyond what I expected. For example, one Friday afternoon I sent a message through the portal about a side effect of a medicine. I was expecting a response the next week. To my surprise Dr. Haken responded to it over the weekend and ordered a prescription to help me with the side effect. I was impressed and grateful

Excellent provider. Has a few staff members that are difficult to work with and can be rude or attempt to give their own medical opinions which have been found to not be accurate. Overall DR Hagan is a fabulous doctor and his nurse [Name] is incredible. [Name] and [Name] feel like barriers to information and that the patient is exaggerating. Not at all appreciated.
