Brandon is an excellent provider. Always comfortable to talk with him and very knowledgeable and helpful. I like how he is willing to work with me to reach my goals. And not just say this is the only way to reach the goals. I think he has been a very helpful person for me to better understand how my body works.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He worked with a student. He had her do her evaluation and then they discussed her ideas then they both listened and talked to me and asked questions of me so they could understand my issue. We talked about how I felt there let me what needed to be done next. I was comfortable when I left and would be glad to work with in the future.

Dr Hemond is personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She listens and never makes you feel rushed. She is excellent regarding follow-up, either in person or through the portal. In my experience, she is an excellent Dr.

Dr. Hemond is a caring, thoughtful and personable in her explanations. She is professional and very competent individual. She has gone out of her way to schedule me for an appointment after an ER concern. I'm very thankful to have her as my family doctor.

I love Dr. Haken. She is so patient and genuinely cares about my health. She listens and is compassionate about whatever I am going through. She is always on time and respectful. I’m so glad my health is in her care.

The office staff are very good and respond to prescription refill questions, changes in appointment times or direct medical questions. However, Medical staff often seems to be in a hurry and rush through the appointments and don't present themselves as open to things that might slow them down.

Brandon offered offered answers to all my questions throughly. Usually his answers were thought provoking and I had more questions. It was a very good conversation on my concerns about c-pap machines, suppliers, and the sleep study. I have a curious mind, have a need to know what, and why I am having issues. Thank you Brandon

Brandon was extremely thorough and attentive. He caught a 40-lb weight loss in my history that my regular doctor never commented on. He eplained thongs very we3ll and followed through. He was excellent!

This is [NAME]’s daughter [NAME] filling out the form. Dr Hagen was off the charts fantastic! He dealt with an extremely difficult situation with such care and compassion, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the way he handled the situation with my elderly Mother. He took the information that was provided to him and asked her all the right questions to get her to explain what she has been hearing, seeing, and feeling; so that he could make the proper diagnosis and do what was necessary to help her. We think he is an excellent doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone!
