Rachel is a very personable, caring, compassionate person. She never makes me feel rushed, listens to me, answers my questions throughly and so I can understand. She is knowledgable and keeps up on latest developments and research. I have complete confidence and trust in her and enjoy her.

I so appreciate my provider, Rachel Kerrtu - she is absolutely amazing. She is always so very kind and helpful to me. I have been able to achieve my weight loss and health goals with her help and encouragement. She is my very trusted health partner and so is her staff. The staff are also fantastic and very helpful. Rachel is great but I don’t like is the delay in getting results from CT scans MRIs I just simply go elsewhere to get that done

She’s down to earth talks to me at my level. Staff is very friendly too. But your scale is 4# heavier then mine at home. Lol.

Dr. Kerttu has been wonderful, answering questions as best as she can. She’s friendly and caring and wants to help. The ladies behind the counter act as though you are an inconvenience. Not friendly at all.

She takes the time to explain things and always ask if I have any questions. She doesn’t act like she is in a rush to get you out. She is also very knowledgeable about medications and illnesses. I would recommend her to any friend or family.

There rarely is a wait time before an appt. Rachel is always on time, and if she isn't she explains why without any breach of confidentiality.

Everyone is very professional. Fortunately, I mostly have routine scheduled appointments (thank goodness), but I believe they would be excellent and accommodating if I needed more care.
