Not only is she knowledgeable with medical "stuff" - she cares as a human being. When the human side came out with me, she actually pushed away from the computer to give me her full attention. I haven't had that from a provider in a very long time.

Rachel is the best physician I have ever had! She is relatable, listens, shows empathy and is willing to try and help me with all my issues, either by changing meds or by suggesting alternatives.

My Provider Rachel Kerttu and office staff are absolutely wonderful. They all are incredibly kind and helpful to me. I have such trust in the care that I receive. It really is peace of mind if I call, come in, or send a message....I always get the help I need. I so appreciate my medical team!

I liked that Rachel was focused on diet before talking about medication. However, in the future it would be great if they asked first what you are already doing and don't just assume. I have a lot of food allergies – so recommending food to me is hard unless you understand that first. And also just looking at migraines on my chart doesn't mean you understand the migraines I have.

The front desk team is always an amazing start to every visit. They will greet with a smile and make sure you feel like home. When the nurse calls you, it doesn't feel like you are walking the green mile; feels like you are the luckiest person! They will never make you feel guilty to any questions they ask, even if you gained weight or have been having a hard time. They make sure you are taken care of in any way they can. Then Rachel comes in and she is a fountain of knowledge. She will guide you in the right path to become a healthier you... you just need to follow the plan. Every visit is amazing and empowering. Its truly a phenomenal office

Rachel Kerttuh, is the best. She’s very friendly, always listens and gives me time to ask questions and express any concerns or to explain things in more detail for me. I never feel rushed and she makes me feel like she’s not only interested in my medical well-being but as a person and wanting to help me to Continue enjoying the things I love to do.. Rachel is very thorough, professional and quickly follows up on any issues that I might have. I highly recommend Rachel and have done so frequently.
