I’m very impressed by the responsiveness and care of the entire staff. And Dr. Hemond is completely up to speed on my medical history and completely in tune to the big picture of my medical care. She provides truly great care!

Doctor Hemond is fantastic. She always shows me courtesy and listens carefully to what I have to say. I bring a list to my appointment, and she never rushes me, she lets me talk and ask my questions. She is quick to check results for my blood work or to look into my medical history. I also like that if I have to get some blood work done, the lab is right outside her door. I'm extremely happy to have Doctor Hemond for my medical needs.

I don’t know how else to explain this except Dr. Hemond is awesome. Her staff is off. I don’t know what else to say. You can’t say any more. She has a nurse Luanne and I just love her to pieces and I love Dr.Emily. She’s precious to me she cares about her people. She’s actually a gift from God.

She is very knowledgeable and knows your history when she decides a treatment plan for you. She always makes sure your input is considered when planning your treatment. And makes sure you are happy with the decision.

I appreciate that Emily listens to me and never pressures me to go on a medicine I am hesitant to take. She always talks about the meds I take from all my doctors so is up to speed on my whole health picture. Very happy with the all the staff.

I’ve lived in Midland for 25 years and have had several PCP doctors come and go. Of all the doctors that I’ve had care for me, Dr. Hemond is the absolute best!! She’s kind, caring, responsive and always interested in my care. I also greatly appreciate her nurse LuAnne.

I feel that Dr. Hemond is honest, professional, kind, hardworking, knowledgeable and skilled. My husband, who is also a patient, and I like and trust her very much. She is not a pill pusher who acts like she just wants to get as many patients in and out as quickly as possible. She listens, offers options, consults with specialists to try to get the best outcome for her patients.

Dr Hemond is amazing! She listens, doesn't rush the appointment & truly cares. Her nurse is also the absolute best. I feel comfortable at my appointments with everyone. I am so thankful she is my provider.

Emily Hemond listens well and takes action. Very easy to talk to about any concerns you might have. The biggest issue I have with this office is getting your follow up appointment from your testings months out. When I have issues I want my results quicker. I would recommend anyone to this doctor. Very satisfied.

Dr. Hemond is friendly, professional and she listens to my health concerns and has always taken steps to address the concerns. Example: I was having heart distress…not actual pain. Dr. Hemond ordered an EKG and a stress test. I failed both! A blockage in my main artery—two stents! Dr. Hemond saved my life. I was a new patient. My previous doctor retired—thankfully because his response to my heart concern was, “We’ll keep an eye on it.” Huh?

Dr Hemond is an excellent communicator -- both listening and explaining her actions/goals. This sets her apart from many other physicians. As well as 'what' she says/explains, she uses effective 'how' she explains information or asks a question. This is a unique skill that many people don't learn until they are over 40 years old. I'm impressed with her thoroughness and attention to detail which reassures me that I'm receiving top notich care.
