I am a new patient of Dr. Hemond’s so I haven’t had many interactions with her yet, but she seems very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and interested in working with me, not just telling me what I should be doing. I came to her in great pain and explained that I live with chronic pain. I have used opioids in the past and have been offered them by other doctors. I told her that I don’t want to be on opioids again, but need something to help with the pain(I told her all of the treatments, surgeries, meds, etc I have already tried). I also explained that I have a high pain threshold. She told me that she does not prescribe opioids(which I was actually glad to hear)and she has been scheduling tests and referring me to other doctors to try to alleviate my pain. I’m very impressed by her. If I had seen her more my rating of her would probably go up from a 9 to a 10.

Every time I have in office or virtual with Dr. Hemond she has always been on top of my care and listens and is understanding to find the right treatment . I would recommend her to anyone and her office . I have had nothing g but positive results.

A very good family practice. Promptly provides medication refills. Always seems interested in my questions about my health and issues/ concerns. If further investigations are needed re an issue, Dr Hemond responds quickly to get me into the right Dr.
