The staff welcomes you by name as you walk thru the waiting room door & the courtesy continues in every staff members demeanor throughout the visit. Dr Hemond puts me at ease in questions & giving new choices of care.

Doctor Emily Hemond is without question the finest primary care doctor that I have ever had. She doesn't rush time with me and she always answer's all of my questions. She has a fantastic memory and is quick with a solution to advise of my medical needs. Doctor Hemonds staff is also very courteous and helpful. Very happy with Doctor Hemond.

Dr. Hemond is very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to want to be patient oriented. However, the same cannot be said for the NP's in the office or, definitely, for the My Michigan Health organization. [Removed portion of comment not about the care given by Dr. Hemond].
