My first time meeting him and could not be happier. He listened to all my concerns, explained alternatives to what I was seeking and really went in depth with any concern I had. I usually prefer a female as my primary but could not be happier.

Definitely, Joseph is always interested in your concerns and listens carefully and provides a response. If he doesn't have an immediate answer he always gets back to you quickly. I would recommend him to every one.
