The nurse who did my oxygen walk test was super nice and I appreciate her kindness. The lady who works in the lab reception is always very helpful and kind as well.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Rude patients in another office who was on their cellphone yet screamed at me when I was doing my oxygen walk test while having a conversation with the nurse, saying I was loud. (I was using an inside voice )

Dr Harrington is an outstanding doctor especially given the clinic's time constraints and patient load that she has. She does her absolute best every time I see her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing that could improve is the amount of time providers are allowed with patients and added time to make notes after each patient.

The woman at the desk and nurses were all excellent, it felt efficient and yet personalized for my child and I.

I felt uneasy about the doctor. The entire interaction with her felt rushed and impersonal, like it was a lunch rush at a sub shop. She emerged into the room “We will start the exam, I mean unless you have any questions or concerns” in a tone that felt like she really didn’t want me to ask any questions or have any concerns. I don’t know if this doctor had something against my son or if she treats all patients like this but I am not comfortable with the care I received from her. This whole interaction could be improved if she could slow down and have a kinder tone. Additionally, discussing healthy habits and dietary needs as he approaches his one year would also have improved this visit.

Dr Denlinger is the BEST!!! He's very attentive, compassionate, very concerned and always checking info to make the best decisions on my behalf. While my parents were still alive, they were his patients, he was AWESOME with them! My mom couldn't talk due to a stroke and sometimes could be quite stubborn but Dr D found a way to connect with her. I'll always be appreciative of him for that!

I finally feel like I am being listened to by my caregiver for the first time ever! He was very supportive, helpful, and told me everything I needed to do to get to where I eventually want to be! He made me feel hopeful again when I had almost given up on the medical profession! Thank You!

The time it took to get the appointment could have been better! But I understand that they were trying to get lots of appointments set since my original doctor up and left them hanging!
