I called to get an appointment due to a bad cold. I got in to see my doctor that morning. I have always had great care and accessibility.

Was a one time appt. Thoroughly answered my questions. I listened to all suggestions and came home with information he provided. He was very professional and very nice man.

Understanding a medical situation that made us change from in person visit to telephone visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Understood that I knew I had an upper. Respitory infection and could have called in a script for what was going around. Instead of me having to go to urgent care 4 days later.

I like the fact that he is straight forward and doesn't beat around the bush. Tells it like it is. He listens to your concerns and gives his honest opinion. Explains things so you understand. I always look forward to my yearly visits.

Dr. Harrington and her staff is always very cheerful and helpful. They have always replied to messages through the portal in a very timely manner to provide care.

I know providers are on strict schedules, but sometimes I feel appointments are rushed.
