I have loved both of my nurse practitioners. Krista and Hannah are both wonderful!

Nothing. I hate having to get up to make a 7am call for same day appointments. I’m already sick so I don’t want to have to get up so early and maybe not get appointment. I don’t like that urgent care is my dr every time I get sick.

i was extremely lucky to have Dr Minnec provide my care. Not only Dr Minnec but also his staff were excellent caregivers and I will come back to them if ever there is a need. [NAME]

Dr McMorow always listens to me and addresses any concerns. I recently took my toddler to see her with regards to a skin infection that urgent care brushed off and she diagnosed the condition within 5 minutes of being in the room after examining my son and he was able to get the medication he needed after a week and half of not getting answers elsewhere. She is an outstanding doctor and I highly recommend her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More same day appointments would be helpful as I called at 7:11am and phone lines open at 7am and all the spots were already taken. I’m not sure how many spots are available but after only having phone lines open for 11 minutes it gets very difficult to get in for same day appointments. I understand this may not be “fixable” as there is limited time in the day but it would help.

Absolutely! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They follow through with what they say they will do. I have never felt such support from a doctors office. Dr. Trevon was amazing ! He stayed after hours to research my records to come up with a plan for me. He listed to me and showed great care and concern.

Hayley Baker always takes her time with me. She keeps up with my specialists and is always aware of who I’ve seen and what their results are. One of her Nurses, Dawn is wonderful. Dawn is always very helpful and makes you feel welcome.

For many years I’ve taken a child I’m A guardian of everyone is friendly. I’ve had five children myself they actually older. Now I wish that Dr Mcmorrow could have been their doctor. She’s absolutely amazing and always follows up and checks up on Carter.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Felt very comfortable and was impressed with how I was treated. It was very pleasant and I was amazed that he had read my file and had a plan for my treatment and changed my prescription and we’ll follow up with a blood work in six months and visit in 12 months
