This was my first visit with the Dr, , Everyone was accommodating,courteous,and really listens to your needs. I am happy that they could get me in to see Dr. Minnec. A big thank you.

Dr. Claringbold has been taking care of my eyes for more than 20 years. He knows my history and helps me reach my eye health goals.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was a patient of Erin Booms, NP and she left so I was contacted to set up with a new provider and the was Krista McNamara, PA. She was amazing she really listened to my concerns, provided great medical advice/care, and helped me solve some issues that I thought I was just going to have to deal with. Quite thankful for everything Krista did even though I live about 35-40 minutes away I will continue to come and see her for my medial care. It’s amazing what can be solved in one office visit with her.

The Roscommon staff is top notch. From reception to Leah and Krista, they are the folks that keep us coming back and staying with this organization for our care. Everyone is kind and my provider takes things seriously. No better care in Northern Michigan!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only comment I’d have is if we e-check in, I’m not sure why I also get a nurse call to check in early too.

Timeliness courtesy of all staff members involved.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can't think of a particular situation that would warrant needing improvement. I have indirect opinions that are related to medical personell in general but are not applicable to a specific visit.

Everything is good. I feel I'm getting the best care available. Trevan has been amazing on my health issues that he's addressing. Their working. I'm better for them. Thank you trevan and mid Michigan.

To begin, Trevin Tharp is very thorough, friendly, and listens to your concerns. His demeanor immediately puts us at ease. I am very happy I chose him as a provider. Next, the staff are all very friendly, courteous, and pleasant. I have noticed that not only are they friendly and courteous to patients but are also that way with each other! That says a lot about the environment they work in. Lastly, I have never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment, blood work or even the pharmacy. I am very impressed with the entire medical office and staff!!

I don’t think you could improve anything. Just keep doing what you’re doing!

The inability to connect properly with a virtual appointment. So it was phone call appointment mostly, He was patient about the failure of my messing it up. He explained my results and possible procedure well

Well I was just at the office on the [DATE] did a test and the results are on the app and says abnormal and I have been contacted by no one on what this means. Kind of concerning that its abnormal and no one has contacted me.

I’ve been trying to lose weight changing my eating habits listen to what they got to say to me to try and make life easier and what’s the COPD and the heart valve condition put in my heart. I’ve been a lot of things quiet down for me moving Upnorth.

Trevin, the nurse who works along him - I forgot her name! The ladies at the counter - I was simply in Awe of the staff - they are all personable. Making the experience of seeing health care providers a grand experience. 10 out of 10 stars for this place!
