Dr. Ali is a great cardiologist. He studies his patients before meeting them. He knows what he's talking about but also welcomes your input. He recognizes that we're not all the same and is willing to listen to your concerns and opinions. He has a good amount of common sense that's rare in most doctors. He's a busy man but doesn't seem rushed with his patients. I appreciate his sense of humor also.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Frisbee was great however I waited in the room after he left for quite some time waiting for someone to come back with orders for an X-ray. I finally had to go looking for someone. It was kind of spooky and unpleasant.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
An appointment was provided however required multiple calls to multiple numbers and spoken to multiple staff without a call back. I did call for multiple days and got an appt the next week and was then advised an exam could not be done because it was not within “1-5 days of physical concern”. Primary should have appts within a week, a referral directly to the specialist or recommendations via phone or virtual appt should be offered intially to save the patient and provider time for an appt. Maybe my kids could have been seen within the window if it was truly accessibly. We will thank Dr for seeing her the second week we called and thank for the recommendation to see the other specialist however we are still waiting and still without a proper exam and without proper justice or direction.

Yes, To hear their Care for me and that they are proud of how I am doing overall in my Life, and that I can be open about my Faith in Jesus Christ. Very outsatnding, you don't get that often.

This office is wonderful! If you need a vascular surgeon Dr Frisbee is the best. What I really appreciate is when I call with a question it gets answered, no transferring three different times and then still need a call back. This office is so well trained that the first person can answer the questions.

Dr Claringbold is the best for all my eye issues. He's did surgery on my eyes and I felt safe and secure knowing he was doing my surgery. Thanks dr Claringbold and your safe for your dedication in helping people.

The care that Dr. Harrington provided was outstanding. She is thurough and professional.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The time to get an appointment. The next appointment was 10 weeks out. I just happened to catch a cancellation. This allowed me to get in at a week and a half.

Response to questions and medical needs, patience with myself as I can be difficult at times.

Not make me be sober for 6 months In order to get neurological/mental health testing to get a proper mental health assessment.

No wait time! Although it takes months to get an appointment. However, they do have a policy if you call by 7 AM you can get an appointment that day, which is fabulous!!!!

I never had to call again to get an appt., to request again for a medication, to get a service i needed ir requested even if it was for a service they didn't directly provide. That is remarkable in this medical care day and age.😁
