Absolutely! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They follow through with what they say they will do. I have never felt such support from a doctors office. Dr. Trevon was amazing ! He stayed after hours to research my records to come up with a plan for me. He listed to me and showed great care and concern.

I was surprised i was able to get in right away, same day for a condition I had concerns about. I absolutely love this office , from front desk to assistsnce and the doctors. Thank you for making me so comfortable and cared about!!!

Staff did not introduce themselves! Very litlle eye contact from initial staff or attempt at any rapport, nurse practitioner excellent! Will only go back for trevin

We live in Houghton Lake where Tharp originally was, we made the choice to follow him to Beaverton!! Tharps best asset is he listens to everything you say. He’s not in & out like some doctors. Tharp is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH TREVIN THARP & HIS STAFF!!❤️

There was construction going on at the office so they were very kind and called to see if I wanted to do a virtual appointment, due to the difficulty in getting to the office, which was much appreciated.

Trevin Tharp is my PCP he just recently moved from the Houghton Lake location to the Beaverton location. I have always felt comfortable and confident with the Healthcare he has provided. That is why I am willing to drive to Beaverton when the Houghton Lake location is only 10 minutes or less from my home. This was my first time going to the Beaverton location and I am extremely impressed with the staff there. Very caring, friendly and professional. The customer service there is exemplary, especially Lindsay. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

1st meeting with the doctor as a new patient. He was helpful and professional. The nurse here was great on the pre-exam information and when I came in. Knowledgeable and professional.

Listened to what my issues were and didn't just brush them off. Asked the questions I thought was right for my ailment. Pretty much came up with solutions or alternatives. Choices that worked for me. I'm so pleased with my diabetes treatment. Trevin was a genius with the solution.

I don’t feel rushed when I’m in Tevin’s office . He listens to my concerns and lets me voice my opinions without being condescending, I do feel comfortable around him. Which is a big deal because I normally don’t feel that way around male doctors.

I finally feel like I am being listened to by my caregiver for the first time ever! He was very supportive, helpful, and told me everything I needed to do to get to where I eventually want to be! He made me feel hopeful again when I had almost given up on the medical profession! Thank You!

The time it took to get the appointment could have been better! But I understand that they were trying to get lots of appointments set since my original doctor up and left them hanging!

Trevin Tharp is an excellent Healthcare provider. He answers my questions in terms that I can understand and he is very thorough. He is always pleasant and caring. The staff at this clinic are professional, helpful and friendly, very capable. I definitely would recommend Trevin Tharp and the Houghton Lake clinic.

I really can't think of anything Trevin Tharp and his staff are wonderful. I trust and feel very comfortable with the care I recieve.

The women at the front desk (far left cubicle) is awesome. She is compassionate and makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time with you and explains everything. I have yet to encounter anyone there that isn’t compassionate, caring and ultra friendly. I have been so pleased with MidMichigan and all the staff! It was scary switching Dr’s but I’m glad I did. My husband and I love Trevin and are happy with all our care there!

Everyone is so kind. If I ask a question Dr Tharp answers it with very knowledgeable answer. He actually cares about my health. It has been awhile since I have had a dr like that.
