Everything, in a word. From the front desk lady to the angel who wheeled me to my car, everyone taking care of me was fabulous. The nurses took really good care of me and, most importantly, explained what was happening in plain English.

This was my first visit to the downtown JAX location and I was more than please with the care given from the staff on every level. They were efficient, caring, friendly and under the circumstances I could not have hoped for better care

The staff are awesome, personable and professional all at the same time. They seem to actually care about the patients not just going through the motions as any other JOB!
The construction downtown at the hospital leaves a lot to be desired by the staff work through it from the MD's to the Custodians and everyone in between they put the patient's needs FIRST! After my time in the US Navy Hospital Corps, that's what medicine is all about.

It’s a cardiac specific facility which limits disease spread from contagious patients in the main hospital. Staff is knowledgeable efficient and kind. Wait times are minimal

Every staff member that took care of my father on 3North ( I can’t remember the other unit that he was initially admitted to) gave excellent care! They were all very nice, came in often to check to see if he needed anything. Some joked around , some came in to cheer him up and every nurse that was assigned to him came in with a smile. Both charge nurses were extremely nice and accommodating to whatever my father needed. Hands down 10 out of 10!!!
