Staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Check in was seamless with no waiting. Pre-surgery and after surgery personnel provided great patient care. Same can be said of the overnight hospital stay. The surgical team worked well together if I have to have a similar procedure in the future; I would request this surgical team. A 5 star visit.

My most recent experience has been with Dr. Wayangankar and his staff. Because of my interactions with them, I am now more comfortable with undergoing the WATCHMAN procedure than I was previously. Nurse Mackenzie [last name] has been especially helpful with providing me with information about preparing for the procedure and answering other questions.

My appointment was at the scheduled time, Dr. Ross is fantastic and he shares a lot of important information with me which I appreciate. He is direct and honest with me about my concerns and situations. I have total confidence in Dr Ross and his advice and direction with regards to my health care.

All of my doctors offices are at Baptist South. When in the hospital the doctor or hospital can pull my health information off of My Baptist Chart.
The hospital service was very good. I got fast attention checking in, interviewed and admitted to the hospital. The nurses were very good. The assistants that helped with vitals, trips to bathroom, straightening socks and sheets Etc, were excellent. The food was fair. The service was very good and friendly. There was a long day at time of discharge but I was kept well informed.

The Dr and have been a patient for over 40 years and even had several of my Drs retire in that time but each has been wonderful. I really Enjoy Dr Diloreto and he has been great and efficient with our apts. Staff is well trained and friendly,
