Spoke to triage nurse who was very helpful and caring; she got me in to see Dr. Diloreto who listened, was very attentive, helpful and caring regarding my future care and follow up.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a hospital visit. From the check in to the procedure and recovery. The staff was exceptional to work with. Even when we walked through the hospital to find the cafeteria, employees kindly stopped to guide us in the correct direction.
I can't say enough for the staff in day surgery, they were the best I have ever experienced. They explained clearly what they were going to do, which eased my father's worries.
Thank you for the exceptional experience during a stressful time.

Dr Ruisi has a great person to person skill. I feel comfortable with him.
I trust him to make the right choices for me.
The Portal is great for keeping me up to date on everything from prescriptions to summaries of my visits.
And never long wait in the waiting room or exam room. Too many medical offices seem to over schedule.

I have been going to Baptist Heart Specialists since 2019. Dr, Diloreto always takes his time at the appointments and answers all questions. I am excited that Baptist Heart Specialists now has an office in Yulee. It makes it a lot more easy going to appointments.
