I was there to re-establish my status as a client, but also to get a referral to a urologist. I wasn’t expecting a female physician, and I’m sure she wasn’t expecting to do a testicular exam. She handled the awkward situation with grace.

Dr Li listened attentively to all my concerns. He explained what was causing my symptoms and answered all of my questions. He really went above and beyond to communicate well and make sure that all my concerns were addressed.

Dr. Virk was so attentive to my issues that I had last appointment. He was very knowledgeable and explained my problem in a way I was able to understand. He made sure a second opinion from a colleague was also included. He moved quick and showed concern for my condition. Honestly the best Dr experience I had. 10/10 bedside manner. So kind. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a compassionate individual like himself.

My appointment was at the end of a Friday. Everyone was in a hurry to go home. Even the one who Dr. Virk consulted with couldn’t bother to come talk with me. He left. I was not happy. I didn’t even get the summery papers for my visit. I’m not a happy camper.

Dr.Berson is a great provider, she pays attention to details, and I am a very hard case to manage, she takes her time with me and goes over everything, and when I forget something I message her and she is pretty fast to respond

He knows his stuff he needs to pay raise a large one and give all the nurses to pay raise to and even the secretary needs to pay raise except for the office manager you can take all the pay raises out of her paycheck. I love you and I bet you don’t never read these.

That once you got in the room you sat there forever before you got to see the provider I sat there for exactly 55 minutes past my appointment time before the provider came in the room that's crazy and I'm not a patient person.

Provider needs to be able to access the prescription cost through patients information in their system so the patient is not surprised when the pharmacy charges the copay or their deductible. Provider needs to be sending in a generic prescription to help patient save money especially when they are on a Medicare plan.

Dr Hekmajou is a great doctor and is always willing to help and listen to me whenever I see her. She never rushes through an appointment. Always answers my questions and informs me of all the pros and cons

the Dr is great. The overall system often has one waiting for long periods of time (30-45 minutes) without anyone notifying you as to why. I have had a little problem with prescription follow-up, but only on one medication one time. I think the folks at check-in /check-out are also very friendly and efficient,.
