What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Communication at MyMichigan Health is not very good. Too many different Drs that, seemingly don't consult each other. My confidence in MyMichigan Health system is not good at all. After my procedure, this week, is completedbI will be looking elsewhere for proper healthcare.

Dr B is the nicest, friendliest, caring doctor I’ve ever had as a [age] year old. She informs me on everything whether it’s meds, new personal goals, immunizations and help with anything else I am curious about during my visit! She’s wonderful and I will continue to let my friends and family know that I am happy to have her as my PCP. Thank you for all that you do for me, Dr B! 🖤

Dr. Bernson and her staff are exceptional at what they do and with their patient care. They are very busy and if you are not willing to work with a busy practice than this may not be the best place to go but if you are focused first on quality care and are willing to either work with telehealth and/or having to wait a day or to (on occasion) for an appointment than this is always my first recommendation. They are Excellent.

DR. Virk tries very hard to provide care that I need however when prescriptions are involved his computer skills need work. Then the office staff/ care team is slow to respond and correct errors. I understand Dr. Virk is a resident so he is learning as well as I am about my condition. As well not every patient is the same in responding to treatment or the type of treatment needed. But all in all the staff is friendly and Dr. Virk gives a patient a trust in him to do all he can for them.

The woman that took my vitals before my appointment was kind and thorough. She was informed and helpful. The tech who came in to give me my flu shot did an excellent job. I didn't even feel it. Dr. Kim was thorough and clear. She asked the right questions and really listened to my answers.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Jaclyn Kim explained my test results in a way that was easily understood. She listened to my list of symptoms and examined the problematic area. She completely understood that I didn’t want medication to mask the symptoms, but a treatment plan. I felt like an active participant in my health care decisions.

That Dr. Bernson always listens to me when I have a concern, and when I have a question it’s always taken seriously. I don’t feel intimidated or talked down to for not knowing something. They’re a great provider.
