I generally do not trust or like doctors, but I trust Dr Marsh/Kim with my life, her skills at diagnosing, explaining, and prescribing the correct medication and dose and frequency

Very good listener and remembers previous conversations. Always on time and enters the room with a positive attitude. She has a good way of explaining herself and always making sure I understand her directions. Makes me feel comfortable and willing to ask questions. I am very pleased with her care.

Not to go there. They called me to set up an appointment and when I got there they didn't know the reason I was there. Then when I was done the doctor said he would have me out in a minute. Ten minutes later I walked out of the room and the girls are enjoying their conversation and told me the would get my paperwork ready. I'm not happy with office. Ready to look for another provider. This is the second time I have been forgotten in a room. [Removed personal patient information to protect privacy].

My Doctor, Jenna Bernson is an amazing doctor. Who Has a very good knowledge of everything of the human body. She has a good listening ear, She is informed of many different conditions. She's genius.

I would tell my family and friends that I was extremely pleased with Dr. Virk; he listened and asked many questions to understand my situation. I left feeling confident that this doctor truly cared about me as his patient. I would also let them know that they may need to ask him to slow down when speaking to his patients. I understood him completely, that was not an issue at all; he just spoke very quickly. Rapid speech - never once did I feel he was speaking fast to dismiss me, it's just that he talks really fast!

The Alma staff are excellent at listening to your concerns and being sensitive to your needs. They are difficult to get into for routine matters at times as they are very busy, but this is not a condition of their tentative ness but rather a symptom of the excellent quality of care they provide.
