Dr Drory is another provider I can add to my list of best providers I have had the pleasure of having care for my needs. I really appreciate this provider because he has a very cheerful disposition, is always willing to explain things in a manner that is very understandable, is very open to listening to any and all questions I ask and provide answers, and willing to brainstorm ideas and treatment options with me to move forward in reaching my health goals. In addition to all of this, Dr Drory is also very empathetic to my cares and concerns and is always just a message away, in the portal, to address these issues. It truly feels like he is a friend and partner, that happens to be a doctor, that is there to support and assist me with any of my medical issues and personal concerns. He truly is an amazing person and physician.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I love having Jessica as a doctor for past few years but don't always get to see her because they said I had a new doctor. She knows my history and I believe we created a good relationship between us we are understanding of each other. The facility does this change to new doctor evertime I just get comfortable with one. Its frustrating to start over with a new doctor like ever 3 years.

I would not say this to my Family or Friends but for your information when you take Blood, Urine and other Test. It would be nice if I received a call explaining the test results and ehat it means rather than just posting it to My Chart and expecting me to know what it means. Unfortunately, I did not attend Medical School.

I had recurring bladder infection and tried for 2vdays to get through to the Dr. And nothing happened. They would never call back and did not get the message to her . Finally my daughter called and then they finally contacted the DR. I know bladder infection is very minor ailment in the eyes but they must not realize that old ladies go crazy out of their heads when they get it and do stupid things and end up in the hospital. My one daughter actually spent the night here watching me to see that I was alright. I love the Dr. but was very disappointed in the service that the staff provided. I called twice each day and never heard back. Sorry to complain but thought it was worth mentioning.

You just get comfortable,trust and all health information with a doctor there but after 3 years they switch doctors on you cause there's residence and they move on. So your stuck with a new doctor and you have to start all over to regain the comfort,trust and your health history of a new doctor. Very frustrating.

Most of the staff is really nice and helpful but the person who answers the phone is very snippy and doesn't listen to what you have to say and interrupts you constantly when you're trying to tell her your symptoms and the reason you need to be seen.

This is an amazing office, with an amazing staff. And I sing the praises of Dr Bernson to anyone who will listen. She is very thorough when she talks to me about my medical situation. She offers good information and great advice to me. She's very knowledgeable and aware of my medications and she makes me laugh and smile when we chat. I have recommended her highly to any and everyone I know who is looking for a primary care physician

Jessica is by far the best doctor I’ve seen there. She didn’t pressure me like the other 2 did in the pass and wanted to keep pushing other things on me. She was straight to the point and didn’t waste my time or make me feel like shit like the other 2 did. I actually wanna go back in 6 months

This is a unique manner of receiving medical care. Sometimes I am a little wary of the person I will receive for medical care once Dr. Hekmatjou moves on.
