Provider needs to be able to access the prescription cost through patients information in their system so the patient is not surprised when the pharmacy charges the copay or their deductible. Provider needs to be sending in a generic prescription to help patient save money especially when they are on a Medicare plan.

Dr Hekmajou is a great doctor and is always willing to help and listen to me whenever I see her. She never rushes through an appointment. Always answers my questions and informs me of all the pros and cons

the Dr is great. The overall system often has one waiting for long periods of time (30-45 minutes) without anyone notifying you as to why. I have had a little problem with prescription follow-up, but only on one medication one time. I think the folks at check-in /check-out are also very friendly and efficient,.

I wa very happy that he gave me current and up to date information after my hospital stay. He also answered questions had about my diet. The doctors and staff at this facility are always great. I feel very comfortable with the care and answers I receive.
