My Doctor, Jenna Bernson is an amazing doctor. Who Has a very good knowledge of everything of the human body. She has a good listening ear, She is informed of many different conditions. She's genius.

The Alma staff are excellent at listening to your concerns and being sensitive to your needs. They are difficult to get into for routine matters at times as they are very busy, but this is not a condition of their tentative ness but rather a symptom of the excellent quality of care they provide.

Recommend her highly. Appreciate her professional yet personal way of interacting and listening to my concerns. She also explains her reasoning for recommending but allows me freedom to decide. As a healthcare professional myself, I appreciate this very much. All in all, I would highly recommend her!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am grateful for this clinic and that someone listens to my medical needs. Not a lot of people did before I started seeing Dr. Bernson and I am very grateful for that especially with my medical issues. So thank you for the entire staff being so understanding with my questions and also thank you Dr. Bernson for giving me the best care.

I have never had a doctor be more concerned about my health issues, and do everything to make sure that I was understood and explored many options in order to help me feel better than Dr Bernson

Jenna Bernson is very caring and listens to everything I have to say. She is professional in all her actions. I was someone she cared about and treated me with very kindly.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Make sure when trying to make an appointment with Dr Bernson, the office people realize she is my Doctor and the only one I want to see.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Bernson is amazing! I am so blessed to have her for my physician. She asks all the right questions and doesn't hesitate to think outside of the box.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, I feel really good when I leave my doctor's appointments. I know that she is going to follow up and ask more questions if necessary. I feel like she's constantly working behind the scenes and doing things in my best interest.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Bernson and her staff have always made me feel heard and respected. I have brought them a number of unique and difficult medical issues and they have always been supportive throughout my cases.

More timely referral process from mymichigan as a whole would support Dr Bernson and her staff

Dr. Bernson is amazing! My previous healthcare provider misdiagnosed me with diabetes, Dr. Bernson dug deeper and found that I had a thyroid issue. She was proactive and was able to get me into an endocrinologist within just a couple weeks. She was in contact with me several times during the time that I was referred to a surgeon. She kept track every step of the way knowing what medicines I was taking, knowing the surgeon's diagnosis, and tracking my surgery aftercare. She has always listened to everything I've said and found alternatives to treat me. She is very proactive in what I had been dealing with for the last 8 months, and within just a few weeks of becoming her patient the thyroid issue was resolved. She is an amazing physician, and I am so blessed to have her for my doctor. And I know that she had help in all of this, and I Don't know everyone's name on her staff, but they are also very thorough and proactive. A huge thank you to all of them in that office.

Her understanding, and patient doctor relationship is great. She really seems to care about my health and overall benefit to care given. I feel as though we could be actual friends. I appreciate her.

She performed a pap smear test. My body has had some changes that made it painful. But my doctor was very reassuring, and calm. She tried as I asked until it was done. It was my last one
