Great Dr. And staff, all seemed friendly and caring. I feel well taken care of and they listen to what I say about how I feel.

it's always good to help learning doctors at this office..i just wish they would take care of all patients needs instead of come back for every little problem.. need doctors that care of everything at each appointment..

[Offensive language removed.] I did not get one of my questions answered. She said she had to go to talk with doctor . It took a long time getting back with me. When doctor picked head in the room mumbled something and bolted out the door. My care giver was with me for this appointment. I had an appointment with a different doctor at last minute changed doctors and appointment time. [Offensive language removed.]

Dr Marsh is excellent Doctor, listening and hearing what I say and determining a plan of care including medicines, activities, dietary and recreation. Very pleasant to speak with and encourages open answers.

She actively listens, empathetic, laughs a my old foolish jokes, encourages dietary compliance--- not easy for me, she is the best, kindest, and genuinely cares about my health

She was very knowledgeable in explaining any item for me to understand what I was to follow.

Dr Marsh communicated with me in a manner that was quite understandable; absolutely perfect.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Her compassion shown during my conversation explaining my history of depression felt very genuine and comforting. Her bedside manner is very welcoming and encouraging a judge free environment where a patient can feel open to discussion.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have no suggestions for improvement at this time. The employees at the office were kind and helpful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Not really. The after visit notes had errors, said I don’t eat fruit, I eat fruit everyday. Says I eat bowl of ice cream once a week, I use to eat ice cream everyday, don’t eat anymore. Lots of abbreviations I don’t understand.

I only saw her for maybe 5 minutes.. I am transferring my old doctor in Lansing to Jaclyn Marsh's offices. It was not outstanding.
