She is the best doctor I have ever had. She never littles down anything I express to her. She listens to everything I say and takes me seriously, I am so thankful she is my doctor and would recommend her.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Don’t like having to see a new Student, then Doctor, and then everything has to run thru supervisor each time your seen. They are all nice, but want to have a permanent doctor to see each time.

Baby David prefers more child-friendly bandaids after receiving vaccinations (not the plain brown adult bandaids).

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Khyllian was very easy to understand and helpful when I told her I didn’t want a certain procedure . I appreciate the patience and support of being able to switch plans last minute. The process was quick and easy and I feel great after the procedure ! So thank you to the whole team that supported me that day ! You women are wonderful !

Everything ran smoothly and quick :)

I appreciated how thorough she was in asking me questions about my issues. I felt she didn't jump to any type of conclusions. And she wanted to get me connected to the right people. Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Khylilian is a great physician. She is very friendly and has always taken good care of our kids. So pleased with the Family Practice at Mid Michigan.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It took a little long to get the vaccines, but all of the staff were incredibly friendly.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
As a transgender woman, I am just now learning about many of the issues that women face. I was not raised learning about the health issues and self-care that most women learn growing up. Dr. Lowrey took time to both explain to me what she was doing and also to explain the extra things that I should do at home. These are the extras that make a huge difference. She also treated me with dignity and respect through the entire process.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My exam and visit revealed some concerning findings. While this is not my first round with this type of issue, the follow up testing extended the concern. Further explanation of what these results meant, what was being found, and what I could expect would have been helpful. Again, I do not know if this is a patient issue or a transgender issue, but this was a health condition more typical for women than men and it is very scary. Again, Dr. Lowry's bedside manner is fantastic, but the details were thin.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She is a kind, pleasant and comfortable student with the potential to develope into a fine family practice physician. I have the impression that she did her “home work” beforehand and was versed in my problem and a plan to address it. She also was open to obtaining the opinion of senior staff and to discussing options. I like and respect that careful and conservative approach to care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Completing the issue by initiating the plan so another visit would not be necessary.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Lowery was very informative in regards to why she was waiting to prescribe a medication for me while waiting for lab results. I received multiple phone calls. The following days after lab results came in with detailed explanations of what we were waiting for and what would happen next And have made it to a point of treatment with a follow up scheduled for next week if it is needed. I feel that Dr. Lowery has gone above and beyond to ensure understanding and is something that will benefit her greatly in her career as she progresses.

Just they they did they're jobs in a professional way.i was very pleased to have her look at me instead of my primary care physician in this visit.. And as always I'm pleased to have them on my side when I need them.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She offered a generous amount of time and attention that was pretty unusual. I will try some of her advice about my weight loss goals and see how it goes.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Though she obviously took the possibility of sleep apnea seriously, I wonder if she's aware that the local sleep study office would not even do the preliminary interview about it until ... MAY! Kind of shocking.

She was very polite, understanding. She explained details to on what she and Dr. Prody was going to be doing in freezing tags off me. Explained about tools being used at what for. Jill she was great. Talked about some of the things of what Dr. Lowry going to do. Both gals talked on there educations and very interesting to listen to. Great gals.
