I would tell my family and friends that I was extremely pleased with Dr. Virk; he listened and asked many questions to understand my situation. I left feeling confident that this doctor truly cared about me as his patient. I would also let them know that they may need to ask him to slow down when speaking to his patients. I understood him completely, that was not an issue at all; he just spoke very quickly. Rapid speech - never once did I feel he was speaking fast to dismiss me, it's just that he talks really fast!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?

DR. Virk is nice but new on thw job and working at the hospital/Er etc effects his job performance, overlooking prescription refills and not listening to what I asked for in my meducal treatment. I like DR. Virk and feel someday he will be a great caring dr. However the office performance fair.

Listened to my concerns, took care to look at all my wound check my sypmtoms and had a plan to help my issues.

What could have been done to improve your experience?

Husband had to help me with urine sample. Nurse/assistant should have. After all I have one leg and was in a wheel chair.

Dr. Virk is always a fantastic and personally caring doctor. You can tell very clearly that he cares about his patients health including both their physical and mental well-being, and has never been anything less than an ideal physician.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?

When I was admitted to the hospital, Dr. Virk was the first Dr. to check on me and made me feel comfortable. I was very upset and he explained what was going on with me and calmed me down. During my stay he checked on me often, always with a smile and made sure to answer any questions I had. I feel Dr. Virk has patience, compassion, knowledge and understands his patients. I am very happy to have him for my Doctor and I hope he never leaves Alma!!

Nothing, Dr. Virk was Great!!
