Even though I was nervous at first, he made me feel relaxed and able to explain my situation.

I don't know that there is something that would've made it better. It was comfortable enough.

Getting into the exam room at the scheduled time of the visit. Bring more confident and making eye contact. Having the doctor see what is going on and not just the word of the resident.

I feel very heard when I express my concerns to Dr. Shamim and his supervising doctors. I feel comfortable to ask questions and share my preferences with them, and don't feel like I'm going to be overlooked.
