Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
We always go over last visit review and see how I am doing there. We go over medications I am taking at every visit. Including OTC meds and herbal products. She very good at listening.

The office staff and Dr. LaRouche are extremely friendly and professional. They explain the process and information and tolerate my son's teenage antics well.

I felt supported and confident in the care I received. I did not feel rushed or unheard.

Everyone is always so friendly and kind. No long waits in the waiting room, the room or for a blood draw. The receptionist was very nice as well.

Dr. LaRouche is always on time, listens and answers all of my concerns. She is an outstanding doctor and I am always happy to see her at my appointments.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not having to wait as long to get in to see my own pcp. Dr. LaRouche always makes the effort to get me in to see her.

I really do appreciate that Dr. LaRouche is very willing to listen and that she will give her opinion; but, at the same time, is not pushy about things. She is very willing to work with you.

Vanessa is always amazing with all of my children. As a mom of an adopted child not everyone understands and she seems to. She's always super supportive and understanding and validates and immediately addresses any concerns. Please keep her, we love her!

I never felt rushed during my appointment with Dr. LaRouche. She made me feel comfortable asking the questions I asked and with the answers she gave me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The blood draw didn’t go so well. The next day my arm had a 2” diameter bruise from rolling my vein in my arm. This is the first time I had had this issue with a blood draw.

Dr. LaRouche is the kindest and most emphatic doctor that I have ever visited. She takes the time to listen and give thorough recommendations. I now look forward to visiting my doctor's office. Keep up the fantastic work Dr. LaRouche!

Dr. LaRouche is great! She's the only doctor that actually listens to me and always makes sure to give me the best care plan.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Some of the nurses at the front were rude and were actually talking about me when they didn't realize I was standing right there.

Vanessa is always ready to listen and make adjustments where needed. She's very kind and compassionate to my post stroke needs. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

There isn't anything that she could have done she was excellent and the office was excellent too.
