Dayna always listens and helps you come up with treatment that you feel is right for you. She doesn't push medication and when medication is needed is explains why very well. I'm very lucky to have her as my PCP.

I appreciate Dr. Bennett for many reasons. She is kind, encouraging, honest, caring, and has impeccable bedside manner. I always feel comfortable around her. In addition, I honestly trust her with my health.

I've always felt heard and respected here and truly appreciate Dr. Dayna. Her knowledge and compassion have made a big difference in my life. Knowing I have such great resources available is comforting. Even simple calls to the office are pleasant.

Had to cancel appointment for sister surgery. One other thing very hard to get another appointment even if quote sick

Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. The nurse, Anna , took my blood pressure following the accepted guidelines, which is a first in all the years of doctor visits anywhere. Dr. Bennett is knowledgeable, explains issues well, and is respectful of my opinions and concerns, while sharing her medical opinion.

Dayna is knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly! She makes me feel like I am her only patient by listening, responding, asking me questions, clarifying, and is so positive, yet realistic! She is caring and compassionate. She and her staff are timely and accommodating! If I use the portal, I have responses immediately!!! Thank you so very much!

Very attentive to my specific situation . Answered all questions in a kind and caring way, I felt very comfortable talking with him, meeting this Dr was my first visit and hopes to have him again for any other upcoming visits

Office staff did not follow through with sending physical therapy referral to physical therapist office. When I did not hear from physical therapist for 4 days, I called them and was told they never received the referral. When I called Mid-Michigan Family Medicine Campus Ridge Building I was told “sorry about that” but “sometimes our fax machine does not work correctly”. This is not acceptable follow-up.
