I think my doctor is excellent but the front office staff was not very professional. There was staff talking me when I was trying to check in. The person checking me in had her back to me with other staff talking in front of her and made it hard to hear her.

When I called to get my pre-OP clearance changed because my surgery date had been moved forward the staff and Dr. Bennett were very responsive and accommodated me immediately. I am so happy and satisfied with the care and concern I receive from the staff and Dr. Bennett.

Mary is kind, attentive, and always truly listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling heard, reassured, and well cared for. Highly recommend! The nurse and front desk were also extremely friendly.

Dr. Benette has been the only physician to help me in years, she is professional and knowledgeable with my health. Sometimes I'm not the greatest in following directions but she always has patience with me. Love her!!!!

Dayna really listens to me, advising me to be up to date on all meds and screenings I need to have done yearly(even though I procrastinate!) and is so pleasant to speak with. I actually enjoy seeing my PA!

I would say Dr. Martin is the best. She is able to do all the things she is required to do by insurance driven/ profit driven systems that has infiltrated healthcare, while keeping her Hippocratic Oath, and feeling like I am actually being seen and treated by a physician. Most doctors these days never listen or even look you in the eye. She’s able to balance all these factors while not scrimping on wha she went to med school for. She’s the best and a keeper.

I would tell them how lucky I am to be a patient at this office. The staff is always courteous, friendly & professional. Dayna is the best. I have so much confidence in her abilities as my PCP. She has always helped me meet my goals and found the best treatments for any health issue I have had. A+++++
