I found him to be extremely helpful. After being sick for a week, he was compassionate and took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. I felt understood and the medication has made a huge difference in just a few days.

Brandon was amazing! He was very kind, knowledgeable and very understanding and through. He is incredibly personable and I left my appointment feeeling better than when I arrived.

Everyone in the office were wonderful. I wish I could make them my doctor. The only complaint I have is not having somebody in the lobby to tell you where to go. Brandon‘s name wasn’t on the board and I went all over the hospital looking for him. I found out his name isn’t on the board because he’s just filling in. I think it would be a better look if you had someone that worked in the lobby thank you.

I came early they got me right in did what they had to do and out quickly. He said I should feel good and within the next few days that evening was back to normal. Thanks to you and your crew.

We are thrilled to have an APP in the office in Bay City! It makes getting an appointment for an acute issue soich better. And Brandon has been phenomenal at both appointments our children have had with him in the matter of one week!

This was my first time seeing Brandon although I've been coming to the Freeland facility for well over a decade. He took over thirty minutes to listen to my concerns/issues and took the time to look over my history in trying to figure out a solution for me.

The provider was sympathetic to how awful I was experiencing migraines. I asked him to give me a referral to a neurologist on my initial visit. I cannot recall if it were the second or third return visit (4 to 6 weeks later) before he agreed to give me a referral to a neurologist. In the meantime still having these migraines reoccurring. I had to call the neurologist’s office and I now have to wait three months to see him. Meanwhile I am still having horrific migraine episodes lasting 2 or 3 days each episode. They are happening every week. I would have liked Brad to have called and let neurology know I need to be seen ASAP not having to wait 3 minutes months.

If you can get him, do it. He listened to me and reviewed my records. This was an appointment because my doctor too busy. Really liked the experience.

Very attentive to my specific situation . Answered all questions in a kind and caring way, I felt very comfortable talking with him, meeting this Dr was my first visit and hopes to have him again for any other upcoming visits

Office staff did not follow through with sending physical therapy referral to physical therapist office. When I did not hear from physical therapist for 4 days, I called them and was told they never received the referral. When I called Mid-Michigan Family Medicine Campus Ridge Building I was told “sorry about that” but “sometimes our fax machine does not work correctly”. This is not acceptable follow-up.

I have told family and friends that I wished Lindsay Pulcer was my PCP. At the very least she should hold a position training medical personnel on how to interact with patients. Especially patients who suffer from anxiety. I haven’t had this level of care in decades, yes decades. When patients visit Drs. or NPs. it’s because they are in some sort of crisis, or feeling ill. Basically, not their best selves. I feel it’s been lost in our current healthcare system how to treat the patient as a whole. A whole human being. The patient lives in their bodies 24/7/365, and although healthcare professionals go to school for their knowledge for many years, they are still only seeing a glimpse, or sliver of their patients lives. It’s important they are heard and their worries and/or concerns are addressed in a respectful, caring, and empathetic manner. Not constantly checking their smart watch to be sure they are not going over the allotted 15 minutes/patient. Lindsay is a 10/10 practitioner.

Lindsey took her time with all explanations and was very informed about my situation. and She had thorough knowledge of my medical history, my current situation and my medications. We were extremely pleased with our services with Lindsey!
