I wish Dr. McGraw could be my permanent doctor. He and the staff were courteous, caring and helpful. Doctor started me on a good path to improving my health AND solving the immediate issue that sent me to his office.

Appointment with Brandon went great. Only concern is that he ordered X-rays of my lower back befor prescribing P.T. X-rays were done on Thursday and ias of Monday 5:00 pm have not heard what X-rays showed so P.T. ca begin to help me stand and walk

Brandon was very knowledgeable, asked the appropriate questions to get the proper diagnosis. Office staff very accommodating in getting me an appointment right away. Very much appreciated.

The entire establishment was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. I struggle with taking medical care of myself as far as consistent checkups, I don't even have a PCP. I had a PCP referral and appointment scheduled before I even left the office. Colin listened to every concern I had and was proactive about helping me. I wish this office could just be my PCP because of the tremendous care they took of me! They deserve recognition

Listens well. Addresses the issue. Lack of empathy probably because the focus is on the issue presented, not the patient. EHR’s and the system of more visits per provider / hour “do” that to a provider.

Brandon is an excellent provider. Always comfortable to talk with him and very knowledgeable and helpful. I like how he is willing to work with me to reach my goals. And not just say this is the only way to reach the goals. I think he has been a very helpful person for me to better understand how my body works.

He worked with a student. He had her do her evaluation and then they discussed her ideas then they both listened and talked to me and asked questions of me so they could understand my issue. We talked about how I felt there let me what needed to be done next. I was comfortable when I left and would be glad to work with in the future.

It was a very good conversation on my concerns about c-pap machines, suppliers, and the sleep study. I have a curious mind, have a need to know what, and why I am having issues. Thank you Brandon

Brandon was extremely thorough and attentive. He caught a 40-lb weight loss in my history that my regular doctor never commented on. He eplained thongs very we3ll and followed through. He was excellent!

After a poor experience with Urgent Care, this office, my primary care, worked to fit me it for an appointment with Dr. Filebeck. He saw me promptly, listened, evaluated me, and recognized a need to order lab work. This turned out to be appropriate and resulted in a diagnosis in which treatment needed to and did start immediately. Excellent care and timing. Thank you.

I was told to arrive at 12:45 and there was a sign to return at 1. The receptionist could not find my insurance even though it was used for the recent hospital visit. My health history was not recorded. I left the hospital with little to no instruction about follow up.
