My virtual experience with Brandon was very professional and he was easy to talk to so he could help with my medical issue. He explained everything clearly and what the path would be to get the right answers to find a healing. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone who needs medical care.

I unfortunately and suddenly did not have a PCP and they were able to schedule an appointment for my hospital follow up within the week . Friendly and caring staff, I seen Dr Colin McGraw on my initial visit. They keep me up to date on my test results, and health issues with phone calls, MyChart and messages. They also checked in on me with a personal phone call to see how I was doing and made sure I got my needed prescriptions refills.

This was a followup to a hospital stay. I found front desk staff to be kind and thorough. The nursing staff took the time to listen to my concerns and update my electronic file accordingly. Colin McGraw answered all my questions on my illness, diet and liquid intake and explained next steps as I move forward. That in itself was very reassuring.

There were concerns noted by my PCP regarding recent blood work and to follow up at next appointment. I purposely fasted before this appointment so I could use this lab because the lab closest to where I live can never find my veins to draw. Freeland lab drew the sample but I never received results. I had to follow up and then they told me my sample had hemolyzed. Never had this happen in my entire life so I find this excuse hard to believe. And I am unhappy no one ever followed up or contacted me. Seems sort of unprofessional.

I have always been happy with the people who I have seen at this untill my last visit.. I had a blood draw and it was done in the room and the lady that did it was not very good.. I have a bruise from the tourniquet, never had that happen in my life.. It hurt from get go.. She wasn't very pleasant at all..

Fantastic provider. Knowledgeable, Immediate, empathetic, sharp, intelligent, intuitive, well-trained, amicable, trustworthy, and thorough. Best PA I have ever seen and I have seen many. Colin is a true asset to his organization. I would follow him wherever he practices.

Brandon was an outstanding provider of care for me. He spent a great deal of time discussing my health care plan. He answered every question. He was not rushed at all. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He was thorough. He helped me make a decision about my upcoming treatment plan. He provided me with a referral that I had requested for a dietitian. He listened to me and gave me insight into options for care. I really liked his advice and bedside manner. This visit provided more clarity than several office visits I have had with other providers in this practice. I would rate him more than a 10/10 for his professional demeanor. Outstanding visit.
