Only saw her once, just switched over to her, but I was very impressed with the staff, esp her medical assistant. Have not had to call yet for appt due to illness, so cannot comment on that at this time. Overall, I was pleased with the attention I recieved from her and her staff.

Brandon was so easy to talk to. Answered all questions. Gave important info. Patient, kind I wish he had a full time office His care was exceptional, his nurse too. As always, the wonderful ladies up front are always lovely., very helpful & kind.

That she really listened to my concerns didn't tell me my problems were just because I was OLD., Which I greatly appreciated, Which other ones have told me. Scheduled tests I needed right away. By the way this was my first visit with her. I look forward to having her as my provider.

Brandon was an outstanding provider of care for me. He spent a great deal of time discussing my health care plan. He answered every question. He was not rushed at all. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He was thorough. He helped me make a decision about my upcoming treatment plan. He provided me with a referral that I had requested for a dietitian. He listened to me and gave me insight into options for care. I really liked his advice and bedside manner. This visit provided more clarity than several office visits I have had with other providers in this practice. I would rate him more than a 10/10 for his professional demeanor. Outstanding visit.

Dr. Jordahl is the best Doctor I have ever had. I trust her so much that my husband goes there, we referred his best friend who now sees her, and I have a coworker that's a new patient as well. I trust her with myself and my friends! Rachel, and Emily Dr.Jordahls nurses are excellent. Emily knows my medical history better than I do! She is always on top of medications and responds so quickly to anything I need. Rachel is newer to the office but her work ethic and friendliness fit right in! She's very prompt too. This is the best Drs office in the area and I truly believe that. The support and care you get from these ladies is phenomenal and greatly appreciated.

I appreciate Jennifer so much after having a bad experience with my care at my previous Dr.s office. Jennifer is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I feel these qualities are very important between Dr. and patient.

This was my first appointment. Everyone that I encountered from the start to finish of my appointment was nice and helpful. Kelli was cheerful and made me feel comfortable right away. I had no problem sharing all my concerns. She answered all my questions. She listened and ask me questions so she could figure out the best way to treat me and then asked if I was good with it. She didn't just tell me what she was going to do and I had to agree with it. Over all it was a great experience. I am so glad I decided to pick Kelli as my provider.

I've only seen her twice! In the first month she got my med and dosage all straightened out, I seen my last primary care provider for all most 2 yrs and everything was out of wack! She really listens to me! She doesn't make me feel like I'm being rushed. She takes time to listen!

Lab draw was horrible, they could not draw her labs and poked her and hurt her for nothing. Then they suggested going to another lab. Wow, great care somewhere else?

Yes, I do. However during my Wellness visit, the nurse I had was dressed in a manner that I thought she might have been part of the cleaning staff. She unfortunately was the nurse & she left the blood pressure cuff on to the point I had a sore arm for a few days. She said it felt tight because I had a sweater on & didn’t even come to check it. She was doing something at the little desk. It plain HURT!
