What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I found him to be extremely helpful. After being sick for a week, he was compassionate and took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. I felt understood and the medication has made a huge difference in just a few days.

Everyone in the office were wonderful. I wish I could make them my doctor. The only complaint I have is not having somebody in the lobby to tell you where to go. Brandonās name wasnāt on the board and I went all over the hospital looking for him. I found out his name isnāt on the board because heās just filling in. I think it would be a better look if you had someone that worked in the lobby thank you.

We are thrilled to have an APP in the office in Bay City! It makes getting an appointment for an acute issue soich better. And Brandon has been phenomenal at both appointments our children have had with him in the matter of one week!

This was my first time seeing Brandon although I've been coming to the Freeland facility for well over a decade. He took over thirty minutes to listen to my concerns/issues and took the time to look over my history in trying to figure out a solution for me.

All in all it just been in the last month that I have had to call back to try and just get a answer to a question. The last time I called first thing in morning & they said they would get back. Not hearing from them at 4:30 I called them back.

I am extremely happy with that care that I have received. I felt like Jennifer truly listened to me and has been helping me get the help I need. She ordered tests I needed right away and prepared me for my referrals. She followed up with me. I am very thankful for her care.

The provider was sympathetic to how awful I was experiencing migraines. I asked him to give me a referral to a neurologist on my initial visit. I cannot recall if it were the second or third return visit (4 to 6 weeks later) before he agreed to give me a referral to a neurologist. In the meantime still having these migraines reoccurring. I had to call the neurologistās office and I now have to wait three months to see him. Meanwhile I am still having horrific migraine episodes lasting 2 or 3 days each episode. They are happening every week. I would have liked Brad to have called and let neurology know I need to be seen ASAP not having to wait 3 minutes months.
