It was a excellent visit and very informational,it's a great place to be seen,they call when they need to talk with me.

When an appointment is needed plan on waiting weeks to get one. If it is vital to be seen right away you may as well go to the ER, they won't fit you in.

Appointment with Brandon went great. Only concern is that he ordered X-rays of my lower back befor prescribing P.T. X-rays were done on Thursday and ias of Monday 5:00 pm have not heard what X-rays showed so P.T. ca begin to help me stand and walk

Brandon was very knowledgeable, asked the appropriate questions to get the proper diagnosis. Office staff very accommodating in getting me an appointment right away. Very much appreciated.

Listens well. Addresses the issue. Lack of empathy probably because the focus is on the issue presented, not the patient. EHR’s and the system of more visits per provider / hour “do” that to a provider.

This was my mother’s first appointment with Jennifer. I /she was impressed that she was familiar with the info in mychart and had suggestions for us to follow-up after the appointment. Based on this first exposure to her, I expect that we will be very happy with her care.

The removal of seven stitches from my top lip was somewhat painful. I asked Kelli for some pain medication but did not receive any. The actual procedure of receiving the stitches was painless, compared to the removal.

Brandon is an excellent provider. Always comfortable to talk with him and very knowledgeable and helpful. I like how he is willing to work with me to reach my goals. And not just say this is the only way to reach the goals. I think he has been a very helpful person for me to better understand how my body works.

He worked with a student. He had her do her evaluation and then they discussed her ideas then they both listened and talked to me and asked questions of me so they could understand my issue. We talked about how I felt there let me what needed to be done next. I was comfortable when I left and would be glad to work with in the future.

Genuinely cares, but limitation of system time allotment per visit restricts her ability to provide all care requested. My last visit I informed of arthritis in my hands and possible carpel tunnel symptoms and there was no follow up.
