My experience recently left me feeling I didn't get to address my balance issues, and the pain I my back. I felt rushed. I apparently have to make another appointment to address my weight issues (as per the nurse). I never was given the time to address this.

Dr. Jordahl is a patient, caring, personable, and thorough doctor. She is careful to explain things in a clear and concise manner. I feel that she very concerned about me as a patient. I have the impression that she is that way about all her patients. She has called me right after certain tests with results and a plan of action and not waited until my next visit. Dr. Jordahl is a very dedicated doctor and tremendous credit to her profession! I am fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Jennifer Jorhdal is invaluable. She has helped me tremendously on my health journey. What I appreciate most is the time she takes to listen and explain her treatment plan in great detail. When an appointment is needed plan on waiting weeks to get one. If it is vital to be seen right away you may as well go to the ER, they won't fit you in.

Appointment with Brandon went great. Only concern is that he ordered X-rays of my lower back befor prescribing P.T. X-rays were done on Thursday and ias of Monday 5:00 pm have not heard what X-rays showed so P.T. ca begin to help me stand and walk

Brandon was very knowledgeable, asked the appropriate questions to get the proper diagnosis. Office staff very accommodating in getting me an appointment right away. Very much appreciated.

Listens well. Addresses the issue. Lack of empathy probably because the focus is on the issue presented, not the patient. EHR’s and the system of more visits per provider / hour “do” that to a provider.

This was my mother’s first appointment with Jennifer. I /she was impressed that she was familiar with the info in mychart and had suggestions for us to follow-up after the appointment. Based on this first exposure to her, I expect that we will be very happy with her care.
