This was the first time I saw Brandon and he was professional and knowledgeable. Not sure that a wellness check is even close to the physical checkups of 3-5 years ago. Forestalling blood work till next year seems not so good. Seems also I no longer get a vision check. I’m not as trusting of your health care system as I was in the past. None of this rant has anything to do with Brandon. He’s very good. Your policy is not.

Jennifer Jordahl is a solid provider. She is thorough in her medical review and listens fully to current complaints. She offers useful suggestions for improving health conditions with a collaborative spirit.

The staff can be slow to act on needed in-house communications. There are times when they must be overwhelmed by not acting on required internal communications. They are also slow in forwarding paperwork to 3rd party vendors. “I forgot to do it” should never be uttered!

It seems that an annual physical exam is not as thorough as it used to be. This is not a reflection on Kelli. My guess is probably factors out of the control of Doctors and PAs don’t allow us to do the work they used to do. It puts the patient in the position to ask questions about their health. Perhaps a pre appointment questionnaire would help.

PA Christie was fantastic. She really listened and switched the direction of the appointment when she realized something else was probably a bigger issue to me than a physical. She was so comforting and took the time to understand the issue I was having. 10/10 would recommend her as a provider!

Jennifer is an amazing provider. She is approachable and friendly, listens attentively, and provides practical and understandable health education and information. While I am sure she is limited on time per patient, I never feel rushed, and always feel as though she dedicates the time needed to achieve what I arrive to the appointment hoping to achieve.
