What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I found him to be extremely helpful. After being sick for a week, he was compassionate and took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. I felt understood and the medication has made a huge difference in just a few days.

Elisabeth is a terrific PA. She is always on time and very caring about getting me the answers I need. She has made very helpful suggestions for my health and I'd recommend her to everyone.

That Elizabeth is wonderful. Very thorough, knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to ask physicians in the office if she’s not sure of something. I referred my mother to her! The office staff, nurses, and med techs have also always been friendly and helpful.

I am not sure what I would do without Elizabeth Wright and all the staff at Sanford family practice. Elizabeth has always been so kind and understanding. She is always quick to validate all my concerns. I don't think there is anything I could suggest for them to do better because I find nothing they don't already do top notch!

There was no follow-up with the doctor regarding my dosage of zepbound. I was still on the lowest dose 3 and a half months after starting. I contacted the office and was told they would schedule a virtual visit. Over a month later I was still waiting for the appointment and had to contact them again. I’m convinced that no one in that office would have followed up with me regarding my dosage of zepbound had I not repeatedly contacted them. Unacceptable

Elizabeth and her team are very curious, friendly and knowledgeable. They wash their hands when the walk in, and before they walk out. I need a referral for my dermatologist, they are great at communicating these both by phone and through the portal. When I have questions, or needs, I usually start the conversation through the portal as it is not critical or items that I need to ask when people are working with patients. I get a response within hours, I think that is pretty quick!! I have been going to Elizabeth for what has to be 10 years now, she is wonderful and i have never had the slightest concern or complaint about her or her team.

The doc was a little upset with me. Good reason, I was on vacation and ate poorly. Know better than that. I hope to get my numbers back to where they should be. Nice to have a doctor that cares that much about you.

Everyone in the office were wonderful. I wish I could make them my doctor. The only complaint I have is not having somebody in the lobby to tell you where to go. Brandon‘s name wasn’t on the board and I went all over the hospital looking for him. I found out his name isn’t on the board because he’s just filling in. I think it would be a better look if you had someone that worked in the lobby thank you.

We are thrilled to have an APP in the office in Bay City! It makes getting an appointment for an acute issue soich better. And Brandon has been phenomenal at both appointments our children have had with him in the matter of one week!
