Brandon is an excellent provider. Always comfortable to talk with him and very knowledgeable and helpful. I like how he is willing to work with me to reach my goals. And not just say this is the only way to reach the goals. I think he has been a very helpful person for me to better understand how my body works.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He worked with a student. He had her do her evaluation and then they discussed her ideas then they both listened and talked to me and asked questions of me so they could understand my issue. We talked about how I felt there let me what needed to be done next. I was comfortable when I left and would be glad to work with in the future.

Brandon offered offered answers to all my questions throughly. Usually his answers were thought provoking and I had more questions. It was a very good conversation on my concerns about c-pap machines, suppliers, and the sleep study. I have a curious mind, have a need to know what, and why I am having issues. Thank you Brandon

Brandon was extremely thorough and attentive. He caught a 40-lb weight loss in my history that my regular doctor never commented on. He eplained thongs very we3ll and followed through. He was excellent!

Initial visit with Dr. Wolford as our new family physician. This was a well check. We were very satisfied with our initial appointment.

After a poor experience with Urgent Care, this office, my primary care, worked to fit me it for an appointment with Dr. Filebeck. He saw me promptly, listened, evaluated me, and recognized a need to order lab work. This turned out to be appropriate and resulted in a diagnosis in which treatment needed to and did start immediately. Excellent care and timing. Thank you.

The MA Breanna was not professional or kind. She was busy talking with someone else when she called me back, stopped at the scale while continuing the conversation with someone else, and merely pointed at the scale for me to step on. Then when taking my BP, she positioned me with my arm dangling and the BP seemed high. I asked if she would mind taking it again. She sighed heavily and got the manual cuff and pumped it up so far I almost released the Velcro. No surprise the BP went up over 30 points systolic and 10 points diastolic. I said wow those 2 numbers are very far apart! She recorded the second reading that was 30 points higher and said “Well I have to put a number down in the computer .” Professionally it is most advantageous for records to be accurate!! Dr Wolford repeated the BP procedure and kept my arm at heart level and gained an accurate BP reading. I discussed my frustration with the BP technique and unprofessional treatment from the MA. Calibration with staff needed.

Dr.Wolford is one of the best Dr. I have ever had. We had Dr.Phillips for over 25 years and did not think she could be replaced, but Dr.Wolford is going to be a great replacement.

I have been impressed with Dr Wolford’s care. He always knows my situation when he comes into the room which saves a lot of time. He asks the right questions and listens to my concerns. I am very happy with the care I’m receiving from his office.
