Dr. Philip wears a N95 mask which makes it difficult for me to understand her... I need to read lips due to my deafness. I often make her repeat herself. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable but a fast talker with a soft voice.

Dr. Beavers is an exceptional primary care provider. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. He always listens to any concerns or questions you may have. He sits down and faces his patients and has a conversation with them. He is so willing to answer questions and explain procedures or a surgery you might be a candidate for that a specialist has recommended for you. Anyone that has Dr. Beavers for a primary care doctor is extremely fortunate because he is a first class doctor and human being. He goes above and beyond to provide his patients with professional health care!!

I've been with MyMichigan about 5 years now and have never had any bad experiences. I can only say good and positive things about every staff member that I've dealt with.. from staff at the desks, the phlebotomists, all the way up to the doctors, and everyone in between. Great jobs everyone!

I found Shelly Campbell easy to talk to attentive to my questions and collaborative in arriving at a plan of action. I was very pleasantly surprised especially since this was my first visit.

Office is very comfortable and pleasant. Dr Beavers is very professional and courteous. My questions are are always answered in an understandable manner. I feel well taken care of. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Office staff and provider were friendly and addressed my questions amd concerns. Registration staff should not be wearing headphones when doing their job. If you are not busy enough that you need to be entertained you need more work to do.

I would say that there are times I needed to see Dr. Philip or Kelly her PA & couldn’t get in because they are booked up. I sometimes will go to a walk in clinic. However, this last week I really needed to be seen in Dr. Philip’s office, and she was kind enough to take time to see me.

I enjoyed meeting him in a difficult time for me with my pain. He said that there is a different way to treat me and he was referring me. On that note I haven’t heard anything from anyone in both offices yet so I’m getting a little worried!
