Julia Kerwin, M.D.
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kerwin. I was very impressed with her entire staff with helping me prepare for the appointment. I was even more impressed meeting Dr. Kerwin. She answered all the questions I had brought in. She was both friendly and professional.

I found him to be extremely helpful. After being sick for a week, he was compassionate and took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. I felt understood and the medication has made a huge difference in just a few days.

Everyone in the office were wonderful. I wish I could make them my doctor. The only complaint I have is not having somebody in the lobby to tell you where to go. Brandon‘s name wasn’t on the board and I went all over the hospital looking for him. I found out his name isn’t on the board because he’s just filling in. I think it would be a better look if you had someone that worked in the lobby thank you.

This was my first opportunity to meet Dr. Hagan. He was very professional and kind as we discussed my medication and wellbeing since being released from the mental health care facility. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hagan to friends and family seeking continuing care.

Kristin became my doctor when my childhood doctor could no longer see me due to insurance changes and full patient capacity when I gained similar insurance again. She has become one of the primary reasons I'm still here today. She made me feel comfortable with every aspect of my journey, including infertility, hormonal imbalances, mental health and regular issues. These are commonly not addressed as seriously at my age with many doctors. She's the first doctor in my 8 year infertility journey to run labs to test my ovarian reserve. She has always taken every issue I've brought to her seriously and with genuine compassion. I brag about Kristin and recommend her to everyone I know but she's popular and doesn't always have the ability to see more patients. Thank you Kristin for restoring my faith in feeling my health concerns could be addressed instead of me feeling I was wasting my doctors time and my time along with my money. I can't express enough gratitude towards Kristin. 🙏

We are thrilled to have an APP in the office in Bay City! It makes getting an appointment for an acute issue soich better. And Brandon has been phenomenal at both appointments our children have had with him in the matter of one week!
