My virtual experience with Brandon was very professional and he was easy to talk to so he could help with my medical issue. He explained everything clearly and what the path would be to get the right answers to find a healing. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone who needs medical care.

She’s awesome! But please don’t try to get in to see her… she’s swamped and that’s making it difficult for the rest of her fan club to get an appointment with her! LOL Can you clone her? Or at least try to find someone like her? She’s just sooooo good! We need more practitioners like her!

The office ran on time. I was not stuck waiting forever. NP Johnson was courteous and kept me well informed for what was needed from me in my appointments. She also made sure anything that was needed from me was answered or refilled. I had a pleasant experience both times I saw her.

I found her knowledgeable and understanding. I felt reassured that I would receive help for my condition. I appreciated having an appointment so quickly for a condition that I am quite concerned about.

Kelli is great! I love her. She is personable and listens intently. The office staff is "okay". There are times when I call or send messages and don't necessarily get the answers I need. Things seem to get lost in translation sometimes. The girl I usually talk to on the phone (I don't know her name) is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I ask for certain tests to be sent to the lab and maybe it isn't communicated correctly? The front desk staff is "iffy". They aren't always the most friendly. There is one lady who has been there quite a while. I believe she is partially retired. She is very friendly. The others don't always seem that friendly. I guess overall when trying to communicate through the office staff I don't always feel like I'm being fully listened to. I feel like I'm more of an afterthought or like I am just being hurried through the process sometimes. I feel like I'm being annoying or something. It's not horrible I just don't feel like my issues are 100% important.
