The waiting room was very comfortable. The check-in process was very user-friendly. The waiting time was minimal. The staff and Dr. Obi were very knowledgeable in diagnosing my cardiovascular issue and recommending a viable and successful treatment plan.

Easy and friendly check in. Not a long wait time. The male physician’s assistant (not sure of his name or title) who took my vitals and did the EKG was very nice and professional. I enjoyed meeting Christina Bach. She was very personable, informative and patient with my questions. The visit notes and test results were posted to My Baptist Chart in record time. I have
no criticisms as I had a completely positive experience.

I felt like Dr. Patel was very concerned about my medical history and made some very good suggestions about how my health issues should be handled in the future. I have been thinking about the things we discussed and I agree with his assessment because it made sense to me.

Dr. Ghetiya and her entire staff are very professional and kind!! Dr. Ghetiya is the only Doctor that dug down deep to find out what was wrong with my heart, all others said that it was normal only one area shows on my EKG was irregular and nothing to worry about. All the while it was Afib!

I recently switched cardiologist and I am under Doctor Seals care now. Dr Seals is a great doctor and really wants to help me and he listens to what a have to say. Heart disease runs in my family and he and his team are trying to streamline a new path of wellness for me. I love his new location and the building is beautiful and easy to find. The parking is great.

From the time I walk to the people verifying
my appointment and.check-in all interactions with nursing staff. They are always friendly and helpful.
My doctors are always through with my heart/health issues. They listen to me and explain any needed changes regarding my care and well being.
No medical staff is as great as they are..

It was easy to make the appointment, check-in was easy, and I didn't have to wait long in the office till I was called back. The office staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first visit with Dr, Patel and he was very easy to talk with. He went over the records from my previous cardiologist and tests that had recently been done and recommended a plan for me moving forward. He is a good listener and he documented our conversation and it is in the portal for me to review if I need to.
