Office staff was friendly and very professionsl. Dr. Patel listened to my issues and had some good suggestions and a plan for how to proceed. Very satisified wiht my initial visit.

Dr. Patel was informative and thorough. He took time to explain findings and make a plan for care. Shanon [last name] was wonderful. She stopped in and made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped escort us to check out at the end of the appointment, making sure all of our needs were met. Damber checked me in and was so caring and compassionate.

The best part is not feeling rushed. Dr Patel listens and explains, plus treats me respectfully as an intelligent person that wants to understand. Any calls with questions or concerns are answered promptly and with the same respect. Always feel good when during appointment and afterward. That's good news.

Baptist Heart Specialist is a great medical office. The check in process was very easy.
Dr Patel, my cardiologist, is great! I was seen promptly. Dr Patel has a great bedside manner. He provided very useful and excellent information after examining me. He is patient, listens attentively to concerns and offers great advice.
His nurse, D [last name] was friendly, efficient and professional.
Tisha at check out was wonderful. She was very patient, tried very hard to help me with what I needed from the office.
I highly recommend Dr Patel, his staff and Baptist Heart Specialist.
