No waitng for hours to see physician . Staff friendly. Dr. [last name] and Meagan and both very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to patient. Very clean and professional facility. So happy I chose Baptist North.

I got to my appointment 20 minutes early and i didn't get back there until 8:30 am, my appointment was at 8:00 I was very piss to say the least. I normally go to the Northside office, and they are much better over there. The office staff acted strange she told me to have a seat and she'll call me closer to my appointment, so she called me up at 7:53 am she asked for my co-payment I told her I don't have one since my deductible and out of pocket have been met just bill the insurance she acted as if i was speaking French. I went back to the desk at 8:20 am after everyone who came after me have gone back already before me. So I wouldn't recommend this office downtown but the Northside office yes I would, I was late getting to work.

I had zero wait time. They actually took me in early. The PA for Dr. Pena was so knowledgeable and kind. She made sure all of my questions were answered. The medical assistant was exceptional. She was very kind and did a great job doing my EKG. I would definitely refer anyone to this practice.

Since I Lost my Dr Litt I haven't been given me a doctor yet. I keep getting paired with ARPN s they are fine, but it would be nice to be treated by a real doctor and with respect and someone with a good bedside manner. That goes all long way. That's why so many miss Dr Litt. He was a very kind, humorous, empathy and knew his doctor stuff. Where are these type of doctors? We are like cattle being herded into the next phase. A number of you will. Well you asked. Lol H. H.
