The staff at Baptist Neurology is warm, welcoming and professional. I have never been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. The doctor is friendly, professional takes the time to thoroughly discuss your condition and answers any question. My time is valued.

Dr Shaw was thoroughly outstanding, he explained everything in detail, and in a manner I could understand. He answered all my questions in a relaxed and professional setting. Erica was very helpful in explaining things that we needed to accomplish prior to surgery. My initial contact was with Michelle and she was great and patient. I had scheduling conflict that I needed to resolve prior to making the appointment with Dr Shaw. While I was doing that, she kept me up to date.
My overall experience with Lyerly is top notch.

Very efficient office. I checked in and almost immediately called back. The doctor can in within 5 minutes. Dr. Bijari was very attentive and after hearing my story, she ordered appropriate tests!

I have been a patient of Dr Sauvageau's since November of 2020. His bedside manner, kindness, thoroughness, and ability to never miss with a suggestion make him invaluable for me as a person with many complex diagnoses and life a whole lot less scary.
