THe appointments run smoothly and we are always seen within about 15 minutes of arriving at the most. he staff is kind and caring and Dr. Toenjes is very supportive and factual without pandering or pulling punches. His bedside manner is matter-of-fact and he treats patients and families with respect for their own intelligence and decisions. As a fellow professional I appreciate his counsel and approach to care.
