They worked me in early in the morning and Dr. Toenjes spent a lot of time with me. He is the first doctor I have seen since my fall that took the time to really explain the extent of injury and had obviously read my entire file from my hospital stay. He made me feel better about everything and confident in the plan he wanted to follow.

I was amazed out how big the medical building was. I was seen on time. My doctor explained to me in plain english what was going on with me. I was surprised that they had a full lab downstairs. So when I left the doctors office all I had to do was go downstairs with no appointment and do my labwork that was ordered for me. I only had to wait 5 minutes before being called in to do the lab work.

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the medical assistant's to the provider. My doctor was the best. He is an excellent teacher and really put things into perspective for me.
