Appointments are very smoothly run ,and the staff is very cordial and inviting. Dr. Toenjes is always very willing to answer all my questions completely and to offer information that is helpful for my maladies. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He makes me feel very much at ease in discussing my health issues, which facilitates communication significantly. I wish I could say the same about every doctor.

The staff at Baptist Neurology is warm, welcoming and professional. I have never been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. The doctor is friendly, professional takes the time to thoroughly discuss your condition and answers any question. My time is valued.

They worked me in early in the morning and Dr. Toenjes spent a lot of time with me. He is the first doctor I have seen since my fall that took the time to really explain the extent of injury and had obviously read my entire file from my hospital stay. He made me feel better about everything and confident in the plan he wanted to follow.
