Easy access to building, no problem with parking. Office staff very courteous, they introduce themselves. Assistant explained all procedures while securing vitals. Doctor took the time to listen to my questions and explained MRI's; very thorough.

Staffing from the front office to the medical assistant provide friendly and competent care. Dr Lozowska is an attentive active listener. Diligent in determining the causes of my symptoms to the point of doing additional research in medical journals and charting my adverse reactions to medications prescribed prior to prescribing new medications. Most of all I have deepest respect for her honesty and humility. My symptoms do not fit any true cookie cutter diagnosis. Yet based on all the testing and feedback from other specialists, a conclusion of more likely then not diagnosis was made. I rather this type of honesty which leaves a Dr open minded to continual assessment and adjustments based on changes with my current symptoms and possible onset of new ones. This has increased my personal confidence in Dr Lozowska 100%.

Dr. Lozowska and her team are awesome. Since we moved to Florida she is the first Neurologist who understands my past and doesn’t order unnecessary tests that have been done over and over. She treats me with meds that have worked for years. I especially like the video appointments cuz it’s an hour drive to Jax. Wish there was someone closer, but glad to have her.
