All of the employees were very professional and personable. Dr. Pierre had taken the time to review my file before the appointment. She really took the time to listen to me and to also explain what the tests showed. We worked together on the next steps. I am glad I was referred to her and look forward to continuing as her patient. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre and the entire office.

The receptionist is very helpful and polite, she helps us when we arrived on the wrong date Dr. Pierre was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to hear my husbands symptoms, and medical history and then discussed the testing needed to verify his diagnosis. She was very attentive and encouraging with our questions. We decided to stay with Baptist Neurology and not seek neurology care at Mayo.

My visit with Dr. Pierre was to discuss the results of my latest MRI. Thankfully, it was a good result. Dr. Pierre took time to show me the "pictures" and explain what she was showing me -which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Pierre has a great demeanor that any patient can enjoy; her explanations are very conversational. She has a great "bedside" manner which is delightful.
