One thing that let's you know how your office space feels inviting and caring is the front the desk. Although, I am familiar and comfortable with Dr. Pierre and the caring nature that she has. The employees there made me feel very welcoming even as I was newly there The front desk really impressed me. Thank you all for your care that was directed toward me and indirectly for others that I was observing that was being taken care of just as much.

Your office is friendly and professional. The receptionist always greets us and makes us feel welcome. Dr. Pierre is the best. She listens to us and I can tell she is genuinely concerned and wants to help. When I call to make appointments, unlike so many other medical facilities, I reach someone in a reasonable time and do not have to leave a message.

Dr Pierre is very knowledgeable, empathetic and sincere. She has just started diagnosing and treating my mother who has dementia and my mom feels very comfortable talking with her. We have gotten more accomplished in 2 visits then in the past 4 yrs with her previous neurologist. And the rest of the staff are awesome too.

There was no waiting. All the staff were wonderful. I was so impressed with Dr. Pierre. As a new patient I hit the jackpot. She is a compassionate, caring person who took the time to get to know me and my medical history.
