My visit with Dr. Pierre was to discuss the results of my latest MRI. Thankfully, it was a good result. Dr. Pierre took time to show me the "pictures" and explain what she was showing me -which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Pierre has a great demeanor that any patient can enjoy; her explanations are very conversational. She has a great "bedside" manner which is delightful.

From the front desk, to the medical tech, to Dr. Pierre herself, we were HIGHLY impressed. My husband felt so comfortable and absolutely felt as if Dr. Pierre really cared about him and his issues. We both feel as if we have found the best Neurologist in Jacksonville for his problems!

Dr. Pierre is very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain my test results and what the results meant and how they appied to me specificly. She explained furure directions as well as what I can do and what else can be done. I appriciated her openness, ability and time to explain what all test results meant. Office Staff is not only professional and helpful, they have personalities that would brighten the day of a person no matter their age, let alone immediately put at ease those scared or uncomfortable. The doctors whom I have seen prove themselves extremely results-driven, knowledgeable, warm, caring and totally devoted to providing the best care for each patient.

The front desk and nurses are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Dr. Pierre is an excellent Neurologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and responsive to patient needs. She was able to resolve problems that previous physics could not. I followed her from her previous practice to Baptist Beaches. So pleased she is here!

Dr. Pierre is wonderful. Very patient & knowledgeable. It's nice that their office allows telehealth follow-up visits as many don't anymore. Very convenient! Highly recommend this office. (Took a few months to get the new patient appointment so don't delay if you're interested in being seen here). :-)

The staff! The person that escorted me to the room was extremely cordial and made me feel so welcome. Also, the doctor! She listened intently and asked all the right questions to help me remember symptoms that I had forgotten.
