The front desk and nurses are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Dr. Pierre is an excellent Neurologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and responsive to patient needs. She was able to resolve problems that previous physics could not. I followed her from her previous practice to Baptist Beaches. So pleased she is here!

Waiting room is clean , staff is very polite and the Doctors are the best . The outside ground level parking is very convenient.

Dr. Pierre is wonderful. Very patient & knowledgeable. It's nice that their office allows telehealth follow-up visits as many don't anymore. Very convenient! Highly recommend this office. (Took a few months to get the new patient appointment so don't delay if you're interested in being seen here). :-)

The staff! The person that escorted me to the room was extremely cordial and made me feel so welcome. Also, the doctor! She listened intently and asked all the right questions to help me remember symptoms that I had forgotten.

Office staff was very professional and thorough. I mean into some traffic and called to notify that I may be late and they worked with me on my arrival. This was my first visit with Dr. Pierre and she was thorough and listened so I know a clear plan of action. My BP was high going in and Annette retook it; but, it didn't show up on my summary for the day. Overall, very good visit.

I had to miss my normal Botox appointment and then started having migraines a month later. The staff was able to get me in for Botox the next day after I emailed them. Dr Pierre always goes above amd beyond for her patients.
