What wonderful experience during one of the scariest moments of my life. From the first call to schedule my appointment to exiting the building, every person I spoke with was extremely pleasant. The compassion and bedside manner was like none I've ever experienced. Dr. Cavaliere was thorough, sensitive, and took the time to be sure I understood what was going on. It felt like he genuinely cared about what I was going through... not something I'm used to experiencing with a doctor. I am beyond grateful for the experience I had with the entire Baptist MD Anderson team. Dr. Cavaliere and the staff would get 10 stars from me!

How they make me feel while I am there is so appreciated and I have so much gratitude in my heart for all that everyone has done for me. I have such confidence and appreciation for my care team. Even when the schedule was incorrect they made an effort to see me as if nothing was amiss. My neuro care with Dr. Cavaliere is the best. I've had 3 metastatic events to my brain and Dr. Cavaliere has been taking care of my neurology care for quite a few years now. There has never been even a moment where I felt rushed, or that I'd asked a question that wasn't fully addressed. Dr. Cavaliere is attentive, thorough, and when needed, reassuring. Baptist MD Anderson is a great hospital. I would recommend Dr. Cavaliere to any person needing this type of medical attention. Simply put; top notch.
