I recently had the opportunity to visit MD Anderson Neurology department for a new patient appointment, and I wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the compassionate care I received from the entire team. The staff was welcoming, and they took their time to answer all my questions, which made me feel more at ease during a challenging time. Dr. Cavaliere and APRN Patrick demonstrated exceptional knowledge and compassionate care, dedicating time to thoroughly review and explain the images in a manner that was both clear and easy to understand. They took great care to address any concerns with precision and clarity, offering thoughtful and reassuring answers. Additionally, they developed a comprehensive follow-up plan tailored to ensure ongoing monitoring and continued care. Their approach reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered support, reaffirming my confidence in their ability to provide thorough and empathetic healthcare. Overall, their professionalism and kindness made a meaningful difference in my experience. Overall, my experience at the Neurology department was positive. I felt cared for and respected throughout my treatment journey. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and support. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

The two dr’s i saw were extremely knowledgeable and more importantly personable. Best bedside manner from a dr I’ve experienced in years and i have loads of medical issues. It truly makes a world of difference to have a dr you can talk to that’s actively listening and not trying to rush you out the door.

The entire team was patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. They were not in a hurry to get in and get done. Due to my illness, I have some cognitive deficits, and difficulty processing what has been said, and need repetition for understanding. They took the time to help me understand their plan and course of treatment.

Dr. Cavaliere is the best. I could not possibly say enough about the great care I've gotten over these many years. He always makes me feel seen and heard. He explains what I need to know. I have always felt as though I was the only patient, that is to say; he's not rushing me out the door. What a blessing to have been directed to this doctor. The staff gets 5 stars as well. They are always smiling, always friendly, and always courteous. Would I send my mother to Dr. Cavaliere? Yes, and my child as well. He really is the best.

The whole neuro oncology is great. Dr Cavaliere is very friendly and caring. Patrick is also great. And all the people I have come in contact with especially MRI and all the clerks.

My team is great. The facility is beautiful. Patrick [last name] (PA) was very helpful and answered our questions. He did not rush us (me and my husband) and explained the possible procedure that I may need. And they were able to get several oncologists for a consultation within a couple of days. Dr. Cavaliere is also very good.
