Every body is so nice and helpful. from the front checkin, to all the back staff, Mainly the nurses. Dr.Whalen take his time with you and will listen to you of what is going on. I will highly tell any body that needs to see a neurology doctor to go and see Dr. Whalen.

The office has very friendly atmosphere and the staff is so nice and professional. I sincerely appreciate their time and help in ensuring my appointment was a very pleasant experience. Dr Whalen was very helpful and informative.

Very professional, check in a breeze. Lobby is nice and the bathrooms are clean. Helpful staff and doctor very thorough. Asked questions and seemed to hear me when I answered.

I like the fact that when you make an appointment, you do not have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. You get in and out in a timely manner. I also like Dr. Whalen. He is very easy to communicate with.

Dr. Whalen and his staff were thorough and answered whatever questions I had. The entire staff were very friendly and polite. The waiting area, the receptionist area and examining rooms all very clean. Dr. Whalen answered all my questions gave me information. I didn’t even think to ask and is running some tests that need to be run. Overall, I am very happy with them and will recommend Dr. Whalen and his staff to whoever may need neurologist.

Awesome doctors, nurses, and staff. All of the rooms are large so you can get multiple people in the room, if you have a caregiver that has to come with you and your wife, it makes it much easier to be in the room. In my case, my wife has Alzheimer's and I just had neck surgery so our grandson had to take us and be in the room with us. He's is our caregiver. More people are coming out there, as everything continues to grow. But there is still plenty of parking

The nurse Jeanelle for my neurologist Dr. Whalen was so warm and comforting. It was my first visit here and she made me feel so welcome. Dr. Whalen took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. I was definitely impressed by the entire experience including the speedy check in.
