I love the professionalism of Dr. Udoh as well as the staff. I felt special and appreciate how courteous and warm the staff was in treating me as a patient. One thing I most like is they are listeners and do answer my questions and not rushed.

Visit was timely and efficient. The nightmare is scheduling an appointment. The process is horrid and needs to change! I have chosen not to see other providers because of scheduling difficulty and availability

Virtua staff and doctors are wonderful. The scheduling for appointments is terrible. I know a preop and surgery appointment need to be set up for me and was told I would be called the day of my most recent appointment. That has not happened yet, which I expected.

Front desk staff, & the Nurse who roomed me were polite, and very professional. My Provider, Dr. Peregudov, is a phenomenal person. He listens to my concerns, asks questions, answers questions, and involves me in my care. It's rare to find a Provider who actually invests in their patients care anymore. I sincerely appreciate that.

I was actually recommended to APN Dorian Jackson from a friend. It was my first time doing this type of appointment and she treated me with much care, respect, and patience. She explained everything that was going to happen and the important of having the screening done. She also gave me different options based on my comfortability level. Amazing, would recommend her to anyone first experience to OBGYN.

Dr. T is the best, it was my first time seeing her and she made me feel comfortable. She looked at my records ahead of the appointment and treated me with respect. The nurse that checked me in as well was great. However the front desk Staff that checked me in was not friendly nor helpful, instead preferred to pay attention to whatever was playing on her phone.

I'm a long-time Virtua patient. This was my first visit with Dr. Segal and her team due to my previous Virtua GYN's retirement. They offered a friendly, comfortable and safe environment while addressing my current medical situation and planning future care.
