Felt very rushed. Kept saying I'm scheduled to talk about UTI although my pain during urnation could have been caused by something in my history for which I was trying to gain clarity about. Eventually I found out I tested negative for UTI so now I am trying to figure out the why. She was not helpful and I am still confused. $50 copay is too much to spend and not get answers. I am sure my insurance paid even more than that for what feels like nothing. Felt like a waste of time and money

Felt extremely rushed and dismissed! Just another pap smear on the table, honestly. Pushed my questions and provided swift answers until next appt. I'm sure it's because she had multiple appts ahead of her and trying to stay afloat but doesn't change the outcome. I've decided to not return and canceled my next appt.

I was very nervous due to the reason for my visit however Natalie made me feel less anxious and at ease.

Dr. Parkes is really great at making me feel comfortable and like my needs are being met and understanding that I needed help in certain ways and provides me with the best care. I really appreciate and like seeing Dr. Parkes.

The medical assistants and staff were great. They listened and they helped. Now, the doctor, I do not feel like they listened. They were really listening to my concerns and my feelings and my needs. Could have been better. Very disappointed.

Dr Parkes is a good doctor. I've moved all of my healthcare over from Cooper. This was an excellent decision on my part- Virtua doctor has been exceptional. Dr Parkes was no exception- professional and kind. Virtua is fortunate to have her on your team.
