Dr. Williams was FANTASTIC!! This was the first time I've had her. She listened to me and really took the time to address all my concerns. I absolutely loved my visit with her and look forward to seeing her again.

I had 3 appointments that were canceled by the provider. Prior to actually securing this one I really can't tell you what you' they did not leave a note in my chart for 2 of the 3 And I was seriously considering not going to them at all.And finding a different practice, I was very, very happy with doctor williams, and for that reason, we'll continue with them

I'm just calling. I came in for, I had a problem that arose. I really liked Dr. Williams the first I met her when she done my surgery and everything, but I got a little upset when I found something. And when I came in, I don't know, I just, she was recording my conversation about why I thought or when it started and all this stuff. I never had anybody record my conversation. And quite frankly, I didn't really come out with an answer on why I had this problem going on. She just checked for fibroids or not fibroids, hernia. So I don't know. I actually really don't know what's going on in there. I went out without an answer. So I was kind of confused that I didn't have this before the surgery. It's been 33 years since I've been to a gynecologist.

Everybody on the staff was very kind especially the doctor and her assistant. I appreciated that the doctor was patient and talked about my medical history with me.

I made the appointment at 7:45am in the hopes that it would run on time. I arrived at the office at 7:30am, as instructed, but was not called back until after 8:00am. I was surprised that the office was running 30+ minutes behind schedule at the start of the day. There were no apologies or explanations for the lateness.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Eleanor Williams. The appointment felt very collaborative. I felt listened to, my concerns and my goals were listened to, and I was given a treatment plan that I was actually very excited about. It was my first time seeing Dr. Williams, but I've been a patient at the Westampton office for a few years now. The staff in the office are always wonderful.

Dr. Williams was kind and courteous and listened to me very carefully. She treated me with respect and she laid out all of the options that I had to proceed with my appointment. She explained the pros and cons of each option and said that she would support whatever decision I made. She was very helpful and I would highly recommend her.

I was impressed that Dr Williams knew my history before seeing me. It was a good experience but it is difficult to schedule due to limited availability of the providers.

Seeing Dr. Williams for my annual visit was the most positive visit I have ever had. I have never felt more understood, cared for and respected. I truly left the office feeling at peace as opposed the usual stress and anxiety. I never once felt rushed or a bother. She thoroughly chatted with me about any and everything. She made she I understood what she was explaining and was comfortable. I left the appointment and told every women in my life they needed a Dr.Williams in their life.

Hi, Dr. Williams I thought was very thorough in her examination. She listened very well. I was very concerned and she was very attentive and aware of my concerns and compassionate as well. I think it was very nice to see that in a doctor. So I think that my experience with her was very good. It was my first appointment with her. This was my first visit with Dr Williams and I love her. She explained everything great and took her time with answering all my questions regarding my surgery. I like that Dr Williams said I can come see her anytime if I have any issues after surgery. I wish I had her as my OB Dr before now

Dr. Williams was wonderful. I had to make a last minute appointment with her for a sensitive matter and she was so kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. She looked ahead before I even came in and made sure that I was able to get surgery scheduled timely. I felt very safe in her care and very supported in my decisions.

Iwas a new patient and found everyone to be very accommodating. The doctor, [REDACTED], was able to answer all myquestions as well had a wonderful bedside manner.

It went well. But since I had another doctor my chart was basically the same from two years ago, the doctor was not going to do the exam because the information had not changed. She let the decide if I wanted it done. I let her do it and everything was good.
