I wish a urinalysis had been done as I needed to go to an urgent care just days after seeing the provider for the same symptoms I came in with.

Valerie Fulton is an amazing care provider. She always makes me feel comfortable. She explains things to me and helps me understand. She's always very quick to help me with anything that I need. She answers promptly on the MyChart and I feel safe under her care. Thank you.

I was not fond of the front desk women. They were very rude and they were not patient and I did not feel welcomed at my appointment. Also, my physician slash doctor did not give me any type of relief with working with her. I think that you guys would improve, could improve this communication and customer service all the way around and knowledge on different things.

This provider, Valerie, was very rude, sarcastic when she came in and said that she couldn't help me. So I don't understand why the nurse couldn't have just told me over the phone. And the fact that because she was so rude and sarcastic, I left the office crying. And I don't appreciate that. And number one, I complained and nobody got back to me. Thank you.

Dr. Valerie Fulton is an absolute wonderful GYN doc to visit. Your office staff at the front desk, on the other hand, not so good. The gal was borderline rude. I went to one and sent around the corner to two other before I got somebody. And they didn't speak to me. They were speaking to each other about stuff. I have to say they need a little work on customer service. But Dr. Valerie Fulton, she's fabulous. I recommend her highly. Thank you.

The Dr was very nice and she was very gentle.. most Dr act like that be scared to put there hand on you .. but she didn't .. she was ok and I would recment her to all my friend and familys

Dr. Fulton was attentive, knowledgeable and made my experience a good one! She educated me on my condition and my options. She listened to me and allowed me to make choices that are best for me. Finding a great GYN is hard, but I think I finally found the right one!

This was my second visit with this provider and it made me so happy to find a doctor that listened, educated me and provided very sound and timely advice and care. After searching for an ob/gyn for some time, I'm very pleased ot have found one so understanding and wonderful!

The front desk staff was not friendly. She spoke low I could barely hear her no smiling or anything. I heard her talking about other staff members and it just wasn't pleasant when you have anxiety and scared and you have to hear the worker complaining about staff. I Told her I did not have insurance could not give me a clear direction of what to do just told me to go to the hospital didn't say what floor or anything. When I scheduled i asked the rep if I can be seen while on my menstrual cycle she said yes. When I was seen the provider told me everything looks fine she didn't even swab or want to really touch me because I was bleeding. Didn't swab anything after I told her I was feeling discomfort down there. I know my body and I know when something is not right. Overall just a Poor experience. I'm actually at the ER now because I'm having so much discomfort!

This was my best gyn experience to date. Valerie was thorough, took her time, listened to my concerns and discussed next steps with me. She gently walked me through a procedure that I hadn't successfully been able to have completed in the past with other gynecology providers. I am so very grateful.

The provider was amazing. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit late to my appointment with a different provider due to traffic. And she fit me into her schedule last minute. And yes, she was great. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable. She was very considerate of my situation. I'm actually considering keeping her as my provider as opposed to the other provider I was going to see for the first time in the same office. Again, just a great experience.

Good experience. Just I just felt uncomfortable having one of the techs in there. Also, the tech didn't seem like she wanted to be in there anyway based of her demeanor . Either way, I'd rather it just be doctor and I .
