I love the professionalism of Dr. Udoh as well as the staff. I felt special and appreciate how courteous and warm the staff was in treating me as a patient. One thing I most like is they are listeners and do answer my questions and not rushed.

The only negative about my experience was my wait time. My appointment was at 10:45 and was asked to arrive at 10:30 and was seen at a little before 11:30.

Thank you for your kind hearted & soft touch with compassion for my extra sensitive feminine parts. Even though I was VERY L8 to my appointment you were able to ask me ALL the right questions about ME making a polyp removal decision go as smooth & painless as possible. Explaining the process with a very clear & your professional kindness was the key to OUR success. That's how a woman's doctor's appointment should go. Thank you. See you when the results come in. This provider was condescending. When I asked if she had any insight on the pain that brought me to the ER and kept me admitted for four days, she threw her head back and did a small little laugh and said, "If you want a definitive answer I definitely can not give you that, haha, hmmkay?" and rolled her eyes and typed on her computer as if I was the dumbest person in the world. I was so put off by it. I understand healthcare professionals are burnt out, or maybe she was having a bad day, but there are at least 10 ways she could have said that with any kind of patience or compassion. It is frustrating to not have an answer with something wrong with you, laughing and asking "hmmkay?" with a peeved nod was so odd. The ENTIRE visit she seemed annoyed I was at the doctor's office. Would not let me finish my words. Winced and released a breath of air in a laugh (not an outright laugh) at the mention of my STD. A gynecologist. People do not go to the doctor because of doctors like her.

Dr. Adaora Udoh is an excellent physician who understands how a female patient feels during these visits. She's patient and listens with her full chest and face.

The doctor was conscientious to ask me questions and confirm information about my medical history and to put me at ease. I found her very reassuring and took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The staff was great as well. Everyone was polite and my wait time was very reasonable, less than 10 minutes.

Hi, Dr. Udoh made me feel extremely comfortable. It was very easy to talk to her about what was going on with me. I am a new patient. I had gone to a doctor, gynecologist for over 25 years, but she retired, so I was looking for a new gynecologist. And I'm glad that I was able to come in contact with her as she listened, she heard me, and I'm excited for the journey forward with having her as my OBGYN. Thanks and have a great day.

I absolutely love Dr. Udoh and her staff. I have been a patient for many, many years now, and I'm truly grateful for her and her services that she provides to all the women in our county. The only suggestion that I do have as one of her long-term patients is to have seniority over booking our appointments. That's the only, only suggestion that I can have because it takes so long because she is so good and most popular. So the only suggestion I can, you know, offer is to allow her patients who have been long-term with her for us to have seniority so we are able to see her at the drop of a dime. Other than that, the services are amazing. Keep it up, Dr. Udoh. We love you.

My provider showed patience and listened to my concerns. She was very easy to speak with. I travel to get her service and wouldn't give that comfort up if the experience was not A-1

My experience with Dr. Udoh is always great. The nurse and office staff at the Mansfield office were very sweet. Obtaining this appointment however was an emotional rollercoaster as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and was unable to be seen for a week.

Dr Udoh is the obgyn you hope to find in your lifetime. She listens carefully to you, she answered every question I had, I am handicap (PHI). My husband was there, Dr also answered all his questions. Don't loose her, she will be my gyn for life! Thank you for Dr Udoh!

Hello, I'm a patient of Dr. Adaora Yudo, sorry. My name is {redacted}. I'm a patient of hers and have been for many years. The staff there at OBGYN Virtua is very nice and kind and listens to everything that I'm telling them. And Dr. Yudo is one of the best OBGYN doctors I've ever had and hopefully she'll stay there forever. She's the only one I try to schedule my appointments with. I know it's a group, but she's my first and hopefully my only OBGYN I'll ever go to. I'm expecting a call back from her because I wanted to go over my test results with her. So if somebody could call me back, that would be great. But I give her a 10 for excellent and her staff and everyone there at the OBGYN are also a 10. So thank you very much.

Dr Udoh was excellent. I can't say enough good things about her. However a person on the front desk embarrassed me and I almost left if I wasn't having a health issue. If I had to base my experience on her alone, I would not return to this office.

Front staff laughing out loud and kept on repeating the word "Spicy" over and over again. It made me think if they were making fun about my exam and maybe it was about me because I am Indian. It may just be nothing however front staff making fun of patients is nothing new at medical offices.
