I had an excellent experience with the team. I have been a Virtua patient for many years. I have one comment that is important. The waiting room was very small and crowded. Your patients deserve a welcoming place to sit and wait to see their doctors. There were several patients there that required wheel chair space. Many people had companions who take up additional space too. I am surprised Virtua would invest in this building and provide this important medical treatment and forget the waiting room. If you compare it to the space provided in Moorestown PT they have a wide space for patients and their companions this Cherry Hill waiting room is inadequate. Just my two cents. What do you think?

I thought the doctor and the office were very professional. They did some tests on me that I didn't even know were available. They were kind, they listened, and I had a great experience.

I was pleased with the doctor. He knew my history. I didn't have to go over a lot of details. He knew, like I said, my history. I'm glad I got this doctor and I look forward to him getting me well.

I was to be provided with information concerning further treatments available upon leavingmy appointment. The correct information was not in my chart, and I was told I would receive a call from the nurse in a little while to discuss the appropriate information. I have not been contacted. Additionally, I checked mychart and I noted that the height and weight, for example, are incorrect.

Dr. Berger is an excellent communicator and is able to impart his knowledge to a layperson with respect and clarity. I trust in his ability as a surgeon to make informed and reasonable decisions for my care.

The only red flag or maybe pink flag was the very first receptionist seemed disinterested. While the MA was very kind and courteous she was not familiar with the term cystocele. That was a little frightening considering the type of practice where she worked.

After the care and surgery by Dr Berger I now feel better than I have felt in years ! Highly recommend Dr Berger and his staff.

Yes, when I was brought into the room, I was asked to undress and sit up on the table, which was uncomfortable because there's no back support and my feet are dangling. And I was left there for 15 to 20 minutes until the aide came back in. And then she did a test quickly. And then she said, okay, I'm going to get the results. And she left. So then I was sitting there again, uncomfortable for about 10 minutes. And I finally got into my, got up and sat down in a comfortable chair. And then the doctor came in. So it would have been fine if the person who took all my vitals just communicated with me what was happening and didn't leave me sitting in an uncomfortable position on this table for, I don't know, probably 25 minutes.

Showed compassion and kindness in understanding what I was going through medically and emotionally. Helped me decide on a plan to create a happier quality of life for my self. They also took the time to explain every detail of my upcoming surgery and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Both doctors treated me with respect. They were both very, very friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to me, regarding my problem. Afterwards, Dr. Berger explained my issue and gave me options.

Yes, I'd like to say that I got an appointment very quickly, and the whole staff was wonderful, very kind, very helpful, and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The Dr explained everything and actually showed me pictures on the computer of what normal should look like and what mine looked like ,he explained everything so that I could understand was very satisfied! Also very caring and helpful!

Dr. Berger seems like he really cares about his patients. I should actually just say I feel like he cares about what was going on with me and he does look for a resolution. He listens well and there was an issue with me not getting a call back. Well, actually, they were supposed to call me back about injections and he was not happy with that and he said that he would look further into it and make sure that the staff, you know, is aware of it. So overall, like I said, he really makes you feel heard and wants you to feel better. He's, I definitely recommend them to other people. Thanks. Have a good night.
