I was so very nervous about this exam because of the type of exam it is and because it had been way too long since my last one. Jennifer Filer was not only kind and easy to talk to but she made me laugh and put me at ease.

This was the best experience I've ever had at my GYN appointment. Jennifer Filer is Wonderful! The staff was great! I would definitely recommend this place.

I appreciate the time Jen spent with me. I felt heard and listened to and not rushed. We talked about important matters that I have been dealing with and I am so thankful that I tried meeting with her. In past experiences at OBGYN, I did not feel listened to by other doctors, but this time I did. So thank you, Jen. Wonderful.

I spent almost 2 hours and seven phone calls, even tried logging into my online account to get an appointment. It was an angering experience. In the end I just drove ten 10minutes to the office and booked a time with the receptionist. I would not recommend Virtua because of its poor communication tactics. (i am looking to move to Capital Heath Care.) But the doctor/office/practice was a very good experience.

My provider was super engaging. She was very friendly and easy to have the exam with by her questioning about different things going on, travel as an annual exam can be somewhat uncomfortable for people, so she made it easy to have. There was a student that was with her that day. He was quiet. He was respectful. Otherwise, fine, just not over.

This was my first time seeing this nurse practitioner because my usual doctor was not available during the time frame I needed for my annual visit. I was very happy with Jennifer Filer and will likely keep going to her in the future .

I had a great experience. She was really good and took the time as well as the assistant in listening to answers to questions. I plan to bring my daughter there. You did not have a long wait time and it was much better than the last time at a different place I went.

Everyone was friendly, patient, made me feel comfortable and at ease. No waiting time. My provider and nurse listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The front staff was pleasant and efficient. I had a very positive visit and recommend this medical team highly!

Jennifer, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful. She was very thorough. She gave me her time and attention. And I like the fact that I did not wait much in the office. Everything was ready, and I think I waited like five minutes to see her, and another five minutes for her to come and see me. So I like that. Thank you.
