She is very nice, she always gives me a full check up. She always disgusts my options for treatments and together we make the decisions for treatment. She isn’t just focused on my medical but asks about my personal life also.

Hannah was very good. Staff at the desk were good. Phone conversations and no response to a MyChart question were the poorest experience I have had with an SSM office. Very disappointing.

She has been my primary doctor for 10 years now and has always been spot on with her treatments and diagnosis.

Sometimes very difficult to convince them I need to be seen but I don't think Dr Grass has all the say in that. This particular time, I was taken seriously and Dr Grass, not enough good can be said about him. He was very thorough in his listening and decision process.
