Kierstyn is always very interested in what I have to say. She explains very carefully what she is looking for. She will ask if I have any concerns. I usually have a few questions. She provides answers. I really enjoy meeting with her.

She is knowledgeable as to what she is doing, but at the same time brief with you. This appointment wasn't what I expected to happen. The catchment placement wasn't even looked at and I wasn't checked for that in anyway. I was told special equipment was needed for this checkup and it needed to be done here. But nothing was done. It's a long drive for nothing.

Kierstyn took her time with educating me about issues related to my visit, was kind, professional & detailed in her explanation/s.
