Samantha Thiede was an excellent listener and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She was sure to get all of the information necessary to do a complete pre-op physical. She was very kind and fun to talk to as well!

Sam is wonderful, she listens and is down to earth!! The only problem is the receptionists are very rude and unprofessional to certain people!!

I already explained my experience I had with Samantha Thiede. She is pleasant, empathetic, and caring towards me. Really explains things so I understand being that I now go to doctor appointments alone. My daughter doesn't come with me anymore. My husband passed away October 15, 2022. So, my daughter was going to my doctor visits, but she is unable to do so anymore. I'm on my own now. So, having Samantha explaining things that I understand really helps.
